But what happened is I bought or spent more on a shower head and hose at your place last year since mine broke and well about 30 minutes ago, this 'newer and better' one, that I really love, it just broke, so I am or was going to try to find my receipt thru you and I was going to send all my info to you, or Hanson's ... and see if they can help me find it quicker than me trying to go thru my mess of papers in boxes right now. I am trying to go thru the Delta website but they want the receipt info.[so, late at night, I was looking for an email to send a message to Hansons for them in the morning.and VERY SURPRISINGLY I got a reply conversation from the owner of Hansons late that night! Not at all what I was expecting! He did NOT ignore me like I really expected, that says A LOT!!]FB ME: hey, why am I talking to someone actually at this time of night? Are you at the store? Are you a 'live' person or computer?(GARY): Ok I can look it up tomorrow when I can get into the computer system. Delta is generally really good to work with.No I'm GaryOk I'll look in the morning when I get in and let you know what I find[Conversation goes on back & forth]FB ME: Can someone call me if and when they find it? or can it be emailed to me by any chance? (GARY): Yep I can do that tomorrow morning. No problems. Have a good night [next morning]: (GARY): Hello I found your receipt and will be e-mailing it to you. It really isn't necessary to go to Delta for this problem. If you want you can bring the defective shower head to the store and I will replace from our stock at no cost to you. My computer says I have 6 in stock currently. If I can be of any other assistance let me know GaryEMAIL FROM HANSONS: On Tue, Mar 19, 2019: Here is the receipt that you were looking for last night. Rather than working with Delta if you want you can bring the unit into the store and we can replace from here. Might save you a lot in postage.MY REPLY TO HANSONS: Hi Gary, OMG! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! That is so AWESOME and a super blessing! ...you replacing it there!! I am really struggling, financially and more... so THANK YOU! Plus the time waiting for a new one was a worry since I am out of money and can't replace it right now and all I have is the one shower. ... I love your store and if and when I had and have money, I swear I spend most of it there because I am ALWAYS fixing my place here (an old run down 1971 trailer). I have really done so much to improve it tho, thanks to your store and more. They have been so wonderful and helped me in so many different ways with great ideas and advice and suggestions and all! I tried WBC at first (I moved here June 2017) but they were and are so rude and unfriendly! There are little things that seriously make me not even try them to compare prices, even when money is very low... I start to think about going there but then these thoughts come into mind...1. Your hours that you are open, you are open later than WBC and I was really glad when you did change your hours to later 2. I think the pet friendly issue and sign and all says a WHOLE LOT about a business! People love their pets and love showing them off and having them with them everywhere, and especially when it is too cold or too hot outside to leave them in the car, well that is really nice that you allow them inside the store. The sign is big and clear, at WBC... adamant and rude about not wanting pets in their store at all... fits with their attitudes and treatment there!#3. You have a german shepherd and I love seeing him in the store.

I love this store! Even when it was about to go out of business a couple of years ago and the employees looked sad, I would go in and try to buy something. The employees were always so friendly, I wondered what would happen to them after it closed. Now with new owners, amazing energy and clearly a cool buyer, the store is flourishing again. They have kept most of the employees and everyone is as helpful as ever. I can spend hours in here! Thank you to the new owners for obviously running a great business.
