Was locked out of my garage after the auto-open malfunctioned. Called Great Northern Lock and Safe. Justin answered my call. He was polite, professional and VERY accommodating. Responded immediately as an emergency lockout. Said he would arrive within the hour and he did! Great service! Excellent customer service.
