He arrived at the job site when he said he would and had my door unlocked in a matter of minutes. Strongly recommend APD locksmith service. Called a STEALERship first to get a spare truck key made and almost got robbed ! Im so happy that I went here instead. Paid for the truck key and forgot I had to make a storm door key . Asked for 2 and wasnt charged a cent . This Ma and Pa locksmith truly care about their customers !!

This man said he would be at our house at 11 am. 11:20 comes around. We call. He said he had to go to a more important call. We said, is this a normal practice to not inform your customers that you will be late. He didnt answer and said he could come now. We said no. Called someone else that is going to charge $75 instead of $180.This business does not treat all customers equally.

A veteran owned business I was very happy I supported because I was pleased with the work, quickness, efficiency, and price. I needed lockboxes re locked for a client to be able to put medical specimens in and the day I gave them to Tony he didn't have the right equipment,but he worked his magic and stayed late that night and was able to presented 4 re locked lockboxes to me in only 2 days. His wife was very helpful and made me complimentary copied keys for my drivers. I will continue using them for my locksmith needs!

My keys fell down an elevator shaft while picking up my small children. I was unprepared for this! Everything that could go wrong seemed to be happening all at once!! Honestly, calling around seemed to prove a waste of time; everyone gets so busy these days we forget to treat one another kindly. I experienced this blindly calling business to business. I did get a referral from a gentleman named John. Finally, there was some type of light or direction to go. I contacted Tony at ADP locksmith, he was available, showed empathy to my situation, and delivered great customer service! He was willing to meet wherever I was as soon as possible! God has a purpose for all of us. It is important that we walk in his light so that he may use us as he intended. I told Tony he was an angel in human form Thank you Tony! Thank you for your service!

These people are amazing! Met with me on a Saturday evening at 6pm when they werent technically open for a non-emergency appointment! Both sets of my Kia Soul fob key had busted in two different ways. Tony offered me many solutions including setting up and syncing a new fob. Unfortunately I didnt have a bunch of extra cash laying around so I told him it wasnt an option for me right now. I asked if he could make me a stand alone key to accompany my still working keyless fob and he said no problem. It was tough job but he did it as quickly as possible with a very reasonable/affordable charge. Will return for any key problem in the future!
