Damaged my door and door handle, when I called about it they denied doing it and wanted to argue with me about. The locksmith that did the job did return to inspect the door and door handle which he did repair and made it right with me. He also apologized about what happened. The owner also called me to follow up to ensure that I was i was satisfied with situation which I did also appreciated.

Brought my daughter's 2010 Honda Accord in for a second key to be cut and programmed. Even though I didn't have an appointment, the staff at the counter were more than helpful and pleasant to work with. Being that I brought it in on a Friday with no scheduled appointment, I was hopeful it could be done same day, but fully expected it to have to be there for the weekend. To my surprise and delight, they had her vehicle done in UNDER AN HOUR! Now that's service!! Thank you, Big Red Locksmith.

In the process of trying to get my junker work car unstuck from the snow and ice in front of my house, I locked my keys in the car with the car running. Called Big Red and they quoted me a great price and said they would be out in 15 minutes. As it turned out, this was very fortunate because 10 minutes later, Jamison arrived. Can't say enough good things about Jamison. It took him about 15 seconds to unlock my door but he stayed a lot longer and helped my wife and I get my car out from under a sheet of ice. We couldn't have done it without him. Such a nice guy. He went well above and beyond the service call and really helped us out of a tight spot. Customer service like this is rare these days but these guys are top notch. I called them once before about a lock and they provided excellent service at that time also. I will continue to use Big Red and will not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks, and especially thank you to Jamison.

This company lacks integrity and customer service.the guy who rekeyed my locks did a horrible job and left my locks more vulnerable than they were before.i tried to call the company but they offered no solutions to my problem.If you want to use this company avoid a guy called James,he is very incompetent.I wish i had used a reputable company like carl.100$ down the drain.i DO NOT recommend them!!

Nobody likes to pay someone to unlock their car. But if the situation arises, don't hesitate to call Big Red Locksmiths. Jamison was nothing but professional, he answered the phone promptly and politely explained what he was finishing up before he could make it to me. Keep in mind this was a friday night in the snow. Jamison showed up quicker than expected and did a fast and clean job. No problems whatsoever. Based on my experience, there is no doubt I would highly recommend this company.

If you need a chipped key made, skip the dealer and use these guys! From the guy who answered the phone to the tech, Drake, they were incredible! At the airport, 2.5 hours from home, no keys. Of course it's chipped so going to be a pain. I must have called 10 other places. All said no key, have to tow it, or wouldn't do a thing until I could provide the registration..which was locked in my car. They helped me right away.. no BS. Big Red cost a 1/3 of anywhere else and Drake was beyond professional. It was less than 1 hour from the time I called to the time I was driving away. Couldn't recommend these guys more!

Came to my home to install a new deadbolt and lever on a new door I purchased he had to drill new holes etc. Did a fantastic job, looks great, Jared was very polite, completed the job quick and even taught me how to use the new electronic deadbolt! Had a key fob quit working and a couple others laying around from vehicles I'd salvage! Big Red couldn't get the original to work, but did get the other 2 to program and put in new cases! Cost was 75% or more less than the dealer and here's the kicker! I was unaware that I had a remote start feature, which he showed me! Big bonus and well worth my trip! Can honestly say, there's no other Locksmith I'll need to use!!!

They went above and beyond! My tenant that I recently evicted changed the locks on me and even super glued the dead bolt. He was actually able to unlock the two locks given the circumstances and made us a key on the spot! I strongly recommend them and will use them again and again!
