I was trying to replace the ignition lock cylinder on my Dodge truck and when I put it back together and tried to use the old key in the new rekeyed lock cylinder it wouldn't work. Called Jim, he said bring the lock cylinder and the keys and he would see what he could do. He cut a new key based off what we installed for tumblers in the lock cylinder and it worked perfectly. He even told us how we needed to reprogram a new key for the electronic immobilizer. The reason the old key would not work is because it was completely worn out. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Jim saved the day on this one! Definitely would recommend anyone that needs Lock Service call Jim . Thanks!!
