Charlie is a Master Locksmith and worth every penny to have him come and do his magic. I have used Husker lock and key for my 370Z fob. Which isn't a key or lock, just a proximity chip that will allow the vehicle to start when its close by. And then my Motorcycle Key Vanished And Charlie was able to get me fired up in no time. And Brandy at the office is always so charming to schedule with that it takes the frustration out of the whole ordeal. I'm gonna go throw my keys in the lake just to call her again ;-)

Needed a lock rekeyed, already had it out so their job was easy. Took it in to the store and the gal that helped me had it done within a few minutes. The price to rekey with 2 new keys was very reasonable in my opinion, much better than buying all new locks. Will use them again in the future!

My request was simple: copy my driver's ignition key on my 2000's Toyota. I was given a pretty reasonable quote and was told it would take a couple of days to get the key in and cut it. Instead, it took two weeks of me calling into Husker Lock & Key to ask them for an update. It was as if they weren't even going to cut the key unless I hounded them repeatedly on the phone every couple of days. I finally got the key after a couple of weeks but this is totally unacceptable customer service. These people running the store are unprofessional in the most unbelievable way. They treated me as if I didn't exist as a customer.

The office manager, Brandi picks up the phone on first ring and was very articulate, industry experienced, helpful and patient. She listens. We took our after market key that we bought on Amazon to this place to cut and program. When we got back he told my husband that since its an after market and not an official Honda key that it will start the car but non of the buttons for locking the doors would work. They didn't tell us this when we dropped off the car or anything.Well at our next stop in frustration my husband hit the button for the slidding door. Imagine our surpise when the door OPENED. Then my husband tried the lock and unlock buttons. They worked too.

Contacted this business about having a replacement key cut for a 1964 Ford f100, the ignition lock assembly is dash mounted, old school. They're quote, between $135 to $145, that is absolutely frivolous, and downright highway robbery! A key, cutting the key, service call, what are they factoring in for such a premium cost? I'm a small business owner myself, and I drive to all my clients, no justification in that pricing, None! Except they obviously have a set price irregardless of the mileage, time, and amount of services rendered. For $21 plus free shipping I can have a brand new ignition switch, and install a new ignition lock cylinder with keys for $7. Other than the $28 for brand new, warrantied parts; its about an 1/4 hour of drilling to remove the old unit without a key. Gladly doing that, now if it had been around $45 to $75, it may have been worth the convenience, and extra cost!

Their master lock smith was able to save my grandfather's very old lock when we accidently misplaced the key but absolutely HAD to return the trailer it was securing. We later found the key so a momento from my early childhood was preserved and they charged very little for their time. To me, it was priceless! They will be my first choice for all our locksmith and key needs from here on out.

I found the business, in a google search to resolve an issue from another local long time locksmith. Brandi was so responsive, and willing to resolve issue, that other locksmith, said it was not their fault with the cut, and i have to bring in locks to get rekeyed and maybe they could fit us in, and would not give refund, without manager override. I came the next day, Brandi quickly remember our phone conversation. She said she could resolve while I waited. Could not believe other lock smith, was so difficult. She said customers are our heart of our business, and its our job to make sure we take care of them. John the owner was there, and explained he started business over 20 years, all family employees, and said if they make a mistake or there is an issue they have a no worries approach. I could not be happier to find them and will recommend them highly. I will be using them anytime in future. Don't mess with any other business, this one is the bomb!

After checking reviews online, I stopped by Husker Lock and Key in order to get some Honda chip keys cut. All the employees were very helpful and made sure to answer any questions that came up. They even cut a few bucks off the top as the shop was busy and I had to wait for a while. I'll be going back if I need any other of their services.

Less than impressed guy came out had no clue about our three point lock ended up calling Anderson doors and windows to get a video to fix it. So basically I paid a 45 dollar services fee to get a video on how to fix the lock issue my self

It took them 3 weeks to repair the keypad on my back door. I had to call them three times to get them to come to my house. The first time they didn't show up. The second he showed up and left because my job was important enough. The third time they showed up and then promised to come back at 9 the next day. At 9:30 the next day I had to call only to find out they would be 2 hours late. Then they charged way to much for the quality of the worker they sent.

Called them and they said they would be there soon. After an hour and a half I called them, they then said that they had 3 people before me. I then waited another hour and finally gave up and called someone else, they were there in 15 min. Strongly don't recommend this locksmith.
