We had trouble with our patio door, and he helped get the bolt unstuck. He fixed my door until I could get a replacement part, and said he would install it without a destination fee. Also, he said to call Andersen just to ensure I got the right part. I called Andersen, and they looked up the door, and the entire door was under warranty, so I got the part for free!
