Great service, but you need to fix your hours. You are not open 24 hours, you are open 8 am to 5 pm. Your service may be available 24 hours, but it is missleading to customers who drive some distance only to find a closed business at 8 pm.

I bought a used car recently. It came with only one key. Nissan dealership wanted $350 for another key. I purchased two keys on Amazon for $25 and Carl Jarl programmed them for $85. I really appreciate this service, I wouldn't have been able to afford a spare key. Thanks!!!

What a great experience and example of outstanding customer service. Very fast response. From call to arrival time it took about 30 minutes. Our technician was very genuine and had us in the house within seconds. He verified IDs to ensure it was our home. He then replaced the lock as well. The price was extremely reasonable. I had used Carl Jarl for my business previously and they had done a great job coordinating a large building with multiple locks and security needs.I highly recommend their service.

YES!!!! Kyle Connett from Carl Jarl made my day! I had a puppy and a kitten in my house and I was worried about them pottying in their kennels! I have been here several times. These guys are very business like, so I never get that friendly feeling. Probably like most locksmiths, they don't have time to chat and seem uncomfortable with it. It seems like when I'm there they want to make my key and get back to work or chatting with fellow employees. Not that I go for chatting, I need my keys. But some comfortable simple concerned questions might earn them more business.

Dawson was amazing! He was very timely and incredibly knowledgeable. My situation was very complicated. Not only was it the day after Thanksgiving but my vehicle was a big problem. He had to go back to his office to get a key to program because my vehicle key required a chip. He was so nice and helpful. He was always courteous to the point that we were having an awful day. In situations like this it was so amazing to have someone that was understanding and worked so hard to try to fix our problem. I would recommend Dawson and Carl Jarl to anyone needing locksmith. If I could give him more than 5 stars i absolutely would!

What a wonderful experience! My husband and I just moved into our first house. We decided that it would be important to get the locks changed. I called five different places in Omaha. The one that was the most helpful, friendly, informative, and straight to the point was Carl Jarl. They had great customer service over the phone! Then they came the next day to replace the locks. The employee was an experienced man who knew exactly what he was doing. He was very friendly and did an amazing job! If we ever need to replace our locks again, I will not hesitate to call Carl Jarl. I would also recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful locksmith.
