I didn't get the guys name who came to help me, but he was super nice and did a great job unlocking my car. Didn't leave any marks and wasn't rough with getting in. He arrived within 10 minutes of me calling them. I'm not sure if that was because their office was close to where I was at but it was definitely convenient. Locked the keys in my car tonight while it was running.. UGH!! Its about 30 degrees outside (brrrrrr) and to top it off I live way out in Lake Las Vegas!!! Luckily though, that wasnt an issue for them and Adam came to my rescue!!! He could sense my urgency & before I knew it, he was at my door ready to unlock my car. So unbelievably quick. Let me just say.. ID HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Ask for Adam & hell make sure youre taken care of!!! He definitely knows his stuff and was so awesome!!! I was charged a very fair price and you cant beat it for the level of service you get!!! Great job Adam, thanks for saving me. :) if I ever get stuck again.. this is the ONLY place Ill be calling.

Terrific company! I needed a new deadbolt before listing a condo. I had used Anytime before, but this was an emergency. They answered the phone right away, were prompt for the appointment, started work immediately, did an EXPERT job, charged a fair price (no upsells), and were neat and pleasant. I can't say enough good things about these people. If I ever started my own company and needed locksmiths or someone to install security cameras, these are the guys I'd hire. Nice work!

Adam was very helpful over the phone, he had walked me through the different areas of the lock to check and sure enough their was a way to get in from the outside. If it wasn't for making this call I would have foolishly kept ruining cards trying to wedge it in between the door jam, or kick down the door in frustration. Im walking out of a library with a stack of books just as the lights flicker off behind me. It's not the best part of town, but certainly not the worst, but I'm on my way home to catch up on some light reading. I put my key into the lock and just as I turn it, I hear a disappointing metallic clink as the key broke off in the door. I didn't have a spare, I didn't have anyone I could call to send me another key, that was it. My first reaction is to call AAA, they'd know what to do, right? I mean, they're AAA, thats what they do, of course they could help me.... by towing my car to a locksmith of my choice in 3 hours. Ouch. Well, If i need to go to a locksmith, i might as well start calling around. First place said they could make it in no less than four hours and could make me a key for (insert exorbitant number here) on the spot, but it might cost extra 'if' some things are needed. Second place says itll be 3 hours and about the same. MY THIRD CALL WAS TO ANYTIME LOCKSMITH. THE OWNER PICKS UP, AND SAYS 'NO PROBLEM, WE CAN DO IT FOR (reasonable price) AND WE CAN BE THERE IN 25 MINUTES! Alex has a very small team, my technician was a very professional Army Veteran that treated my vehicle with respect and got me back on the road within a half an hour. There are so many locksmiths in this city, but if you call ANYTIME LOCKSMITH, you will get a fair deal with honest people that care about doing good business. #honestlocksmith #dogoodbusiness #bestoflasvegas

money well spent. The guys here are very knowledgeable and they know what theyre doing. I was informed about the ceramic tint which is a little more but in this Vegas heat you cant compromise when it to the vehicle that your baby is in. I tinted my car first then I even had them come out and install the security window tint at my house.

Please do not have your keys made at some big box store kiosk. There is a difference between a professional locksmith and these other stores. If you have never used a locksmith for your keys you are in for a treat when you realize the level of service and selection they have. Very personable and helpful.

Very calm and without anger I simply state facts. I live in an old building with VERY old doors and locks that needed re-keying. I chose Anytime because they have experience in my building. Prior to having the re-key the previous owner of many years and myself who owned for 6 months, had no issues opening the front door at all in any way. I had my locks re-keyed through Anytime, which required removing the lock entirely and bringing it down to the vehicle of the locksmith and taking apart the entire door lock off the door. When replaced the new key stuck a little when turning but I was fine with that because not a huge issue. It got worse next few days, but still with a little effort I could open so not a huge issue. VERY recently after re-key I got completely locked out of my unit because the key would not turn the lock enough to allow the door to open. I spoke to locksmith about this and mentioned NEVER had this issue prior to re-key and was told its the old locks. Again mentioned never had this issue with same old locks prior and could it possibly be the taking apart the locks and putting back together could have caused it to be a small bit off causing the lock to jam. Again told NO and its the old locks and $85 to come look at it again. Being that I am confident this issue did not exist prior to the re-key I asked kindly if anything could be done to come for two mins and check it and again told $85. To me does not seem like the best service but that is just my experience and not to say anyone else would have that same result. I happen to be in a very customer oriented profession myself, so just a bit confused when someone is so adamant about not assisting someone with an issue, they most likely caused them to have in the first place. I hate being such a low star rating when they seem to have a good track record, however my experience was such that two stars are warranted.
