Called these guys up for a quote of changing locks out on my house: 3 doors, both handle and deadbolt, all matching keys. They came out the next morning and knocked it out in 45 minutes for an awesome deal. Talking about Grade 1 locks, not the cheap stuff on Amazon. I called like 3 other locksmiths and those guys were much more expensive. VERY please with Discount Locksmith LV! Call them. You won't be disappointed.

Took 40 minutes to come out. Guy on phone said 20 minutes. Took about 1 minute to open one door and a couple more to drill out a second door. The guy is good at what he does. Only thing unhappy with is that first guy on phone quoted $85 to unlock, but later told by service guy there is a $39 service charge. I asked if he could not charge that and he said he already is charging me the regular rate and not the weekend after hours rate of $59. Plus he said he usually charges extra for credit card but hooked me up. Paid an extra $85 for a second door that had to be drilled. Gave me option of $215 to fish the garage door unlock rope. Opted to drill and replace lock by myself which cost me $40 at lowes. Acceptable experience but Just wish the guy on the phone was upfront about the prices from the start.

Incredible service: fast, efficient, so pleasant and so reasonable! I had called not even with a real emergency and withinthe hour from the first call, someone had been round, changed the locks and job done. Highly recommended!! No faffingwith call out charge or anything! Very happy customer!

Brilliant! Came quickly, sorted the problem with the lock, mended the front door (had to go and get spare parts butreturned quickly), sorted other problems with windows (which we hadn't asked about previously)... them was reasonable(cheaper than others had quoted) and extremely professional. All in we were really impressed. If only everyone offeredsuch good, friendly, customer service life would be far less stressful.

I'm really good at locking myself out of my home, and my biggest thing is customer service, not only did the they give me an AMAZING flat charge at got to my home in about 15 minutes! after they finished the job mike went beyond his work explaining to me other things to keep my home safe. Thank god for these guys. I went on vacation and when I came back I had lost my car keys. I called Discount Locksmith and it took about an hour for them to get to me, which was much faster than I expected. They unlocked my car (made sure it was really mine) and then made me a new key, and threw in an extra for just in case I did this again. Which is likely. ... They were fast, professional, and friendly. And didn't make fun of me for freaking out about my car. Thank you for making this stressful situation as easy as possible

Great experience. We were locked out of our home. He came very quickly. One lock is very old and I thought it would need to be drilled, but he was patient and was able to to it without drilling. He was quick and we were back in our home in no time. We put him in our favorites for a Discount locksmith.

James was called for me when i called a locksmith last night around 10 pm . My garage door opener malfunctioned and I had stupidly not made myself prepared for that by having a door key. He got there amazingly fast. He was also a very nice , opened my front door lock fast, and was just pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful the entire short time he was there. He got there fast and gave us the red carpet treatment from beginning to end. Quite a guy..... .and locksmith!

Stuck in the middle of the desert in Nevada and unfortunately locked the keys in the trunk. Called the first locksmith to help us open it, worked on it for 2 hours and was unable to open it. I called and was told that it would cost $15 to come out and $29 start up depending on how they would have to unlock my car. The guy who came out said it would be $100 if I paid with card and $85 cash. Unfortunately I was over charged because it took him less then 60 seconds to open my car. Since he was already at my car I paid the $85 to get my car unlocked. I would have not been unsatisfied if they were honest about the come out fee. The locksmith who was sent out said it's a 30 minute drive both ways so I paid $55 for them to come out and 30$ for them to unlock my car. Other companies est. Sounded more expensive but at least the other companies were honest about the price. I would not refer them and will not use this company again.
