Lately there has been a lot of issues in our neighborhood with strangers coming by and checking for unlocked car doors. Our neighbors just got their credit cards stolen and maxed out! Thankfully, John and his A team set up a security system specialized to my needs and wants. During a high stress situation like this, I definitely feel a lot safer in my own home. The work and communication is amazing, and I would highly recommend this friendly staff to anyone who is looking to keep their family safe. Effective and efficient service! I had some problems with my alarm. Batteries, etc. This company, I found to be the most accommodating when I had problems with the alarm system. The technician who came to my house didn't have the new batteries for my key fab, and he just gave me a whole new key fab.Also, the owner was going to come to my house on a Sunday night to turn off my alarm because I didn't know how to turn it off. Luckily, I was able to turn if off with my cell phone and the (alarm app) that the secretary had added to my phone months back. So, in case you loose your key fab, and can't get your code to work, you can use the alarm app. on your phone.I don't think I got this good of service from ADT. In fact, I was very surprised I got this good service. I'm very happy I chose this alarm company.

Called Customer Service to set up an appointment for someone to come out and help us learn more about protecting our new home. After 30 minutes on the phone, providing my ss# and date of birth for verification the agent tells me it will be $149 for someone to come out and evaluate our home. I wish they told me there was a fee for someone to come out before taking my personal information. The agent also says its $48.99 plus now there's an additional $7 a month.... I'm not sure how they promise you a package and then theirs additional fees for key chains and phone apps on top of the monthly fee. It's confusing! They may be a great company but I'm dissapppointed in the time I spent on the phone and all the different prices to end with having to collect an amount before you can speak to someone in person (they said they refund the amount if you don't get the service- but it would be nice to know that upfront).

The rep totally knew what he was talking about and we got a wireless alarm system with installation and monitoring for a pretty decent price.
