They were very helpful. They made 5 specialty key copies for me for less than 50 dollars, in about 15 minutes. Larger store than you'd think it was until you see it. They also sell safes, specifically firearms safes, but a few other types as well and have several examples on the floor.

I had Liberty Lock and Security install a new safe in our home. Brian was the installer and did a fantastic job. The process was super easy and the safe is just amazing, yes I know it is a giant steel cabinet, but this thing has technology, lighting and its plush inside! Now I just have to find something valuable to put in it :)

They wrote 'we are your COVID-19' specialists, yet made their hours more limited and never bothered to update any information on public databases like Google maps (like for instance when their store is open). If you are going to claim to be a helper in a situation, and then not be open at least the hours you were open before, that gets a single star review.

I went there to make a duplicate key for my Kymco scooter. It did not work. I went back with my scooter. The technician spent about half an hour to get the right key. All of the staff was kind, courteous, and professional. I was impressed. For that level of service and patience, I would not mind pay four times the amount that they charged. Thank you!

When I first called them they were about to close but I told them I was just 10 minutes away and that was plenty of time to get there. I had trouble finding the store so I called again to get their location. I got the 24 hour dispatcher and was told very rudely that she couldn't contact anyone, I told her I just wanted to find out the cross streets and that I had just talked to them. I finally got correct directions another way. I finally got there and was told that my roll top desk keys (they kept calling it a rolling desk) would have to be left for a day to be impressioned or rekeyed and someone would call me the following day. I called them everyday for 5 days and was told the same thing. On the 3rd day I was told they were working on it as we spoke. Nobody called me any day like they said. When I called them on the 5th day I was told they kept trying to call me but they had the wrong phone number and that my locks were ready. When I got there to pick them up I waited another 20 minutes because something wasn't right and the guy that fixed them couldn't be reached. While they were trying to figure out what to do I looked at the paperwork and the phone number was correct on their receipt. I would never refer anyone to this lying, rude, incompetent business. Go anywhere but to these guys. This is the first business in years of rating places that I have given 1 star too, if I could give them zero or - 1 star I would!!!!!

Best locksmith prices i have found in vegas. most places are scams and quote low then almost quadruple the price. Liberty gives you the most accurate price and even when changes were needed, it was very minimal in difference. Definitely would recommend them to anyone who need a reliable locksmith.

I have been a loyal customer of this company for years. I have bought multiple personal and business safes, walls safes and taken my relatives and friends there to buy safes. I also used them to do the expensive locks and magnetic locks for our law office building, and have always used this company to do our lock smith maintenance on the building as well. We purchased Mul-T-Lock locks and also installed them for our magnetic locks.On Christmas eve, at 10:00 am, one of the keys got stuck in the front door lock on the law office building. The lock would lock and unlock, but the key could not be removed. The offices are closed until the day after Christmas. I called Liberty for help. The website says they are open, but the phone directed me to push '3' for after hours emergency service. Someone answered the phone and I could hear a TV on in the background. I explained the problem and the person told me 'Unfortunately that is something that is going to have to wait'. I said 'Are you kidding me, I spent thousands of dollars on locks and security from you, and now that the key is stuck in the front door of the law firm building, you want me to wait? What am I supposed to do, leave the key in the front doors for the next two days?' And then the person said 'Please hold on and I will check with someone'. So after holding for about 3 minutes, I hung up and called another company that was more than happy to respond, immediately. Liberty lost my business over this, and all of my referrals. There is another safe company down the street now which is where I am going next week. Totally unacceptable. If you have emergency and after hours service, as you should in this business, you should not act inconvinced when a loyal clients calls to give you even more of his money.

I went in to have a key made, but was told they had to order the blanks and that it would be approximately a week before the order would be in. I gave them 2.5 weeks to play it safe and when I returned they still didn't have the blanks. I don't think anyone ever played the order. I have to drive a long distance to bvb get there, so I was a little frustrated. I returned a third time and they still didn't have the blanks!!

Easy, fast service. Friendly service from Brandon. Brought the cylinders in to save money on house calls and got new keys. Nevada has a rule where Lowe's and Home Depot can't rekey without you buying the lock from them, so Liberty Lock are life savers! Otherwise I would have to buy new lock sets and repaint the door since they don't sell the same style anymore.

My son and I were locked out of the car at walmart after a long day of moving. I was super stressed but called these guys and he was there within 10 minutes!!!! They were amazing! He even patiently answered the billion questions my son was asking while he was unlocking the car. Fingers crossed I dont get locked out again but I'll call them if I do!

I have used this business for over 15 years. The location on Sahara My last set of key making was so bad that I will never come back or have them come to my office again. The woman was both rude and incompetent. The best part was when I realized after my second trip there that she had tossed my original key and given me 6 non working keys. I went back a third time. This time a younger guy helped fix one set and that works. But guess what? The second set again still does not. I will not be going back for a fourth try. I'm calling another place to come on site. Key making should not be this hard and it should certainly not come with rudeness. Sad that after 15 years one rude person can destroy a business's reputation.

These guys are the best, I've come to them for 20 years with all kinds of keys. Ive had keys made for my business, my house, my boat, my ATV, anything ive needed a key for they were able to make one. And even if they didnt have the key in stock, they ordered the key for me. They always take care of me and they have great employees. Always suggest going to Liberty lock!

I got a quote and had them go out. There was a small change. I talked with tech on phone and received an adjusted price. I gave them the go ahead. When I received invoice they had over charged me. I called office and they did not care. I paid, however I will never use them or Gene's again. I will pass along a lot of free negative advertising for them. I will be telling everyone how they operate.

The staff is relatively friendly. However, it's a bit expensive here. I came in trying to get a car key duplicated with a transponder, but they didn't alert me that I needed to have all my keys programmed at the same time (I had an extra spare key back at the house).So I have to pay an additional $70 for programming that third key now, making it as if I had never gotten a third key in the first place. I just wish they had just notified me of that detail. I would have gladly made that second trip.

I have to love these guys! I had a situation at my office where we were required to have my doors re-keyed almost at the time of the incident where I had to let someone on my team go. Liberty Lock & Security came out right away after I called their office and truth be told....it was hassle-free! They went right to work on my locks and got me squared away! I am giving a one star just to get this review added called this company early this morning to find out if they could cut a key for my Volkswagen and I was told yes by an employee. I drove all the way to their company at which time I was told that the dealership would only be able to help me with this issue. Now for the idiots that are working there please know what questions to ask your customers, and know your companies policy then relay that policy to them. Absolutely ridiculous I will take my personal business and the business of the US Navy elsewhere.

I do not even know where to start! If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went to Liberty Lock and Security on W. Sahara thinking they were the original Liberty Lock. I went in to find out I am paying $56 dollars just for them to cut me a key for my Hyundai Genesis. After driving down Charleston I noticed the store I was obviously meaning to go to Liberty lock & Key. Went in spoke with a gentlemen told him I needed a key cut and they charged me $25!!!! $25 dollars!!! Quiet upsetting the other company is not only an untrade marked company but they are overcharging people!!!

Without question the best Locksmith I have ever used. We were in a bind on my daughter's Van. It was a rather complicated situation and other locksmiths I had called would have either taken too long and cost way too much or didnt even know how to solve the issue as it was an older vehicle. Liberty Lock and Security was 1/2 the cost and super quick I will only use them going forward thanks again guys. :)

I called them twice today. Once at 4:24pm and again at 4:25pm. They hung the phone up on me both times. So unprofessional. It they were closed, they should have not picked up the phone. They will never get my business again. I felt pretty confident with them up until this point. If I could give them '0' stars, I would.

While moving to Las Vegas I missed placed the key to my 2017 Indian Scout motorcycle. After hours of calls to the dealership for a key code with no help and even calls to the manufacturer no one was able to help or even really cared. By chance I got hold of Liberty Lock & Security on Sahara not only did make a set of keys for me in less than hour but the service I received was unbelievable you guys are the best. These guys are great! Had them replace the ignition and make me new keys for my Duramax after it was damaged in a theft attempt. They got the job done quick and for a very reasonable price. These guys are totally unprofessional. I wanted to get an IC core re-keyed. They said it would be done in 2 hours. After 3-4 hours without a call back, I call them to find out that they were unable to do the job. I needed this done so I called Liberty Lock & Key and they were able to do it right when I got to the store. If you're not able to do the job, just tell me don't wait till I've already wasted my time and gone to another company.

Had an appointment this morning for rekeying my whole house. Quoted price I thought reasonable although the $60 travel fee made me raise my eyebrow a bit. But, okay, to get this done I accepted that as just part of the deal. The end of the appointment window came and went without contact so I called. Oh, theyve been trying to call me. Call log says otherwise. If I cant believe the locksmiths word I certainly cannot trust them with entry into my home. I cancelled the appointment and scheduled with another company.
