Brian did an awesome job. He fixed my locks, matched up the house door locks and now all locks are the same as the Security door. He was friendly and professional. I will definitely go to Dunseath whenever I need keys or lock services. The ladies in the office are also very helpful and professional. Great locally owned company that deserves the business.

I like to support local businesses but this is why they are dying. I had keys made there twice. Both times they didn't work. Things happen , that's fine. The first time the owner kindly remade them and everything worked out. This time the women helping me ( not the owner or owner's wife ) was not qualified to be behind the counter. At first, she didn't want to refund me for all 3 keys made (one I had sent to L.A., that cost me $4) because she wasn't qualified and had to ask the office. Then, when I challenged her, she asked the office and they said refund him, of course. Next she would not return a copy of the receipt that I gave her from my records telling me 'You didn't buy the keys , you don't get the receipt.' I gave her the original and a copy I made. I need my copy of the receipt to balance my credit card statement. At this point, I realized she was incompetent and decided to leave rather than get upset. Why was she too lazy to ask the office and expected me to pay for a key that did not work ? And why did she tell me a blatant untruth (lie) about MY copy of the receipt ? People like this ruin the customer experience. I was planning to buy a large safe from them but I just returned from Alpine Lock and Key and they were helpful and friendly. I'll take my business to Alpine rather than getting hazed by some arrogant and misinformed clerk.

Owner was rude. Cussed me out for parking in customer parking only. What the??? The safe I purchased was scratched upon install. They told me they would fix it or replace it.Been over a year now and I have not heard back. This was no cheap purchase.

We have an old house with antique doors and I always call Dunseath whenever we have trouble with failing locks or broken door knobs. They are prompt both with scheduling and the repair work. During this last visit Brian was able to put new parts into our existing deadbolt so the fixture still looks antique but it works like new.

I absolutely love doing business with Dunseath Key Company. The techs are extremely friendly, and care about their work. They always have the best customer service and help with our every need. Our three stores needed to be re-keyed and they fit us in at the last minute on an extremely busy day, when another company told us they couldn't help us until the following Monday. Another time they came out, one of our safes went down and they lent us out a safe for low cost while they fixes ours. Then the tech took time showing us how to avoid running into this problem again. I have and always will do business through Dunseath Key Company.

Old house with a mixture of locks, some of them very old. Dale fixed the jammed front door lock, found a key that would work in that lock, and rekeyed entire house for me super fast. Great customer service, highly recommended!

Mike is very knowledgeable and experienced. All employees are professional and helpful. You would be surprised at the kind of keys that can be reproduced, I certainly was. It is my go to place for all keys.

My toddler climbed out of his crib this morning and locked himself in his room, I was freaked out and called the nearest locksmith which happened to be dunseath. I didn't get the guys name (sorry but I was worried about my baby) and he came very quickly and got the door open fast and safely. I think the fee was reasonable and he gave me a 'good neighbor discount' since we live only a few blocks away. I definitely reccomend this business
