Julie did an amazing job! I had lost my jeep keys with my jeep parked at work. She answered all my questions and made the process very easy. She worked around my hectic schedule and my needs. I got the new key within the hour. When i went to pick up the key I thanked her and she said 'I know when people need a key they usually need it pretty fast and I do my best to help.' I will not go anywhere else for my locksmith needs

Horrible place to do business. Only one person and not even at place of business during 'Open' hours! Contracted for a key fob and programming for my car...paid $135 after she got the fob she decided not to program it so I went to dealer and spent $140 just to program it and now she won't call back and when I reach her she (after 3 calls) hung up on me.

Terrible she is only there when she wants to be and never there during her business hours I tried to get my lock to her for 2 days and she said she wasn't in that she was with her brother terrible service.
