We needed a key done for our camper. When we got the key made it did not work. We went back inside and he said he could not help us because he could not leave the store. We were literally parked right in the front. He gave us our money back though.

I called this company to get a key made for a truck and got a ridiculously high price, ($300.) for the service. If you are looking to have a key made look elsewhere these guys, in my opinion, are price gougers. P.S. I had the same service done by another local key maker for $129.00

Just came here after ordering a key online for my car. I had called previous key places and they would charge me around 150 for a single key to cut and program. I came here out of a whim and with in 15 minutes (at most) my key was cut and programmed. They also gave my little brother a small keychain toy. They were incredibly nice and good people. I would recommend anyone here

I can't speak more highly of my experience with this company. They had to come out to fix the work of another locksmith. After being told by Loc Doc that I would have to get my car towed to a mechanic, I called flying fortress. Within 15 min the guy was working on my car. Rebuild my ignition in a very reasonable amounts of time, and was very friendly. I will definitely be using them again and would suggest them to anyone that wants quality locksmithing work done.

Most of the staff was kinda rude not friendly at all. I dont know the womans name who helped me but she was awesome .very nice and helpfull. I was watching people walk in and when they were helped they seemed like the customer was an inconvenience to them

They're awesome guys working here. If it was for the service and the employees, 5 stars. It's pricey though folks. If you can afford it, come here. Im one of those, I'd rather pay more to get great service and products. But it still hurts the pockets. Lol.

Quoted $150 and additional $50 for matching our old key. When finished handed a $600 bill!!!! Never agreed to this amount. I would never treat my Customers this way or do repairs without their permission. They know how to kick you when you are down.

My place of employment was broken into and the lock was drilled out. The owner called Flying Fortress and they arrived rather quickly, which was the only plus side of our interaction. We were given a quote of 125 for a new lock, and assumed that would be the total. After the locksmith had finished, we were given a bill for 650. There were apparently other damages to the lock, but we were not informed of these damages nor the 250 extra that we were going to be charged for the install of these parts. We were also not informed of the 150 service charge. It is clear that this company took advantage of us, and we will not be doing business with them again. Please stay away unless you want to be charged triple of what you are quoted.

I recently got a quote for to install the lock for $250 the employee did not communicate with me at all an additional pricing or installation and parts he just assumed my boyfriend was going to pay for not even knowing if we had the money THIS COMPANY TAKS ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE the tech left the old locks and parts and we took it to Pop & Lock and they said all they need to do was ((REKEY IT))) be aware they have absolutely no courtesy to anybody just want to talk nice to you once they have money in hand a credit card I don't even want to respond to contact you I have multiple friends that have use these people in the past I will be very sure to be sharing my experience as much as i can with all my family and friends coworkers I ended up getting a few quotes over the phone and one in person with the old parts 3x$69 276.00 and a $55 service fee. everybody that I have contacted on this said I should have paid more than $350 after taxes shame on you locksmith

Technician showed up at our car in about 20 minutes. Very friendly and professional. The ignition had be rebuilt and he was done in 30 minutes. Highly recommend these guys.

They are quick to show up, However the technician told me that the lock he was installing was a 'fail safe' lock. Meaning that even if someone was to drill through it, the lock would fail closed and the burglar wouldn't get in. Unfortunately this did not happen and burglar walked right in after drilling out the 'un-drill-able hardened steel lock'. When I asked how this was possible the guy on the phone told us that we must have forgotten to lock our doors.... Will never be using this service again.*the night of the break in we had to FORCE the jammed lock closed in order to secure the store. The next morning we had to again FORCE the lock back open in order to regain access to the store in the morning. I literally have a video of the criminal drilling out then prying the lock open. For the owners of this business to STILL assume we didn't lock the door is ludacris. I will now be adamantly advising anyone needing lock work to never use this service.*

Best service & best price in town with same day service. My keys were stolen and I was without the use of my car, not only that but someone was just walking around with the keys to my car. I called several other companies but these guys were the only ones who were able to send someone out within two hours and quoted me the lowest price, I definitely recommend.

Just had Flying Fortress come to my home for a service call. I had a floor safe I could not open. Before suggesting drilling, they tried less intrusive measures and it worked!!! He then serviced and lubed the lock and had me test it. Now the dial spins like new. The technician answered all my questions throughout and did an amazing job! Thanks!!

My business deals with a lot of cash transactions. I called Carlos to see if he had a solution to ease my mind about having large amounts of cash in the building. He recommended a drop safe. Carlos came and personally installed the safe and I am now able to have one less thing to worry about. As a business owner I highly recommend investing into your business with Flying Fortress. I plan on purchasing a safe for each of my locations.

Without question the best Locksmith I have ever used. We were in a bind on my daughter's Van. It was a rather complicated situation and other locksmiths I had called would have either taken too long and cost way too much or didnt even know how to solve the issue as it was an older vehicle. Had 2 simple master lock keys duplicated, for a total of 4 keys, 2 per lock. After returning home 20 miles later, I tried the keys and only 2 worked to 1 lock. The other 2 keys are cut correctly according to key cut code pattern, however, the keys are not the correct blanks. I used to do locksmithing years ago. Not worth the gas tip go back, seeing I paid $45 after tax for 4 keys... they originally told me $8 per key, after I realized it was wrong keys I realized I was also overcharged. TRASH...

Outstanding service and exceptional staff. I was able to bring our automobile keys to them to make duplicates, and noticed they also have a variety of lock and safe products for your home or business. These guys are fully licensed, and were also available to inspect my current locks to determine if a replacement can improve security, working with all types of locks, ranging from deadbolts to keypad locks and more.I have gone to several other locksmiths and did not receive good service especially being a female. Called in the evening, and received a $149. estimate just for coming to my house after hours. Agreed to wait till the next day for the $55. call fee and made an appointment, which Anthony kept precisely. Anthony was nice and professional, worked quickly, clearly knew what he was doing. However, when he was done I was presented with a bill for $369.00. Checking online for the lock--matching brand and type--the cost was just about $100. Almost 3 times, is quite a mark-up. When I called to ask about it, the guy on the phone (not Anthony) was rude. Will not use them again, and will certainly not recommend them. Too bad--they could have just spoken to me about it, rather than talking to me like I was a pain in their neck.
