We will be using Roberts again if we ever need to. A friend recommended a larger locksmith company and they wouldnt even give us the time of day. One more reason to support local businesses.

I lost my car key during COVID and it was the only one I had. To have Toyota replace it, I would need to tow the vehicle ($!!!), pay $200 for LABOR and $150 for the key. I took up cycling...I was referred to Roberts Lock and Key by Heights Security who also provides excellent service, but do not do mobile calls. Robert answered right away, showed up promptly, communicated professionally and got me a new key within the hour. Not only did I save substantially, but I did not have to leave the house. 5/5 here I would give more stars if I could. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I would like to thank Tye with Robert's Lock and Key. Tonight we called highly distressed having locked ourself out with a sleeping new born inside. Tye answered on the first ring! We told him his situation and he came immediately! Our level of panic was growing rapid with every second but Tye showed up in under 10 min. We can't thank him enough. I wish I could give Robert a bonus star. He was professional, timely, efficient, reasonably-priced, and very pleasant. My car was unusually complicated, the key needed to be remade, amongst other things. His attitude helped cheer me up. When my original key was found, he came by my house and reprogrammed it for me!

Unreal, absolutely amazing. We called at 8:00 pm with an emergency - needing what we thought was 2 locks changed. Ty showed up exactly when he said he would - he got right to work, he was very professional and worked quickly. It turned out that we actually needed three locks changed - Ty was kind enough to honor the price he had quoted us for only two locks. Locked ourselves out of the house the Saturday before Easter Sunday! Called Robert and not only did he make it out very quickly, but he had us back into our house in less than 30 minutes. A friend had called a different locksmith to unlock her car a few days prior and she was charged almost double what we were charged by Robert. Great service and great prices. Definitely recommend to anyone!(This company literally only has one negative review at the time I'm posting this! That alone speaks volumes of how great a company this is and how may people they have helped out. I'm sure the bad review is either from competition or someone trying to get something unlocked illegally.)
