Unfortunately, this was the only locksmith available on a Saturday. I was quoted $55 for some one to come out and unlock the stuck shed door. Which was fine. I asked them to bring a door knob to replace the old one (it was maybe $15-20). That was okay, too. The technician then installed the knob (which I could have done if I knew the outrages price that the company was going to charge. All in all, I ended up paying $120!!! Not ever going to call this company again.

They were able to open a very large safe left at my storage facility in a auction unit.. On the next service call they switched out the ignition in my GMC pickup for $150 which is a good deal. They noticed I was trying to fix the passenger door I had it torn to pieces and they actually brought it 3/4 back to where I could finally finish it up for no charge...!

George and Jonathan are the best damn workers. Kinda slow putting the locks on in the barracks the first day. But on day 2 they evolved and flew through them like it was nothing.

Dishonest business quoted me at 35$ same thing as they have in the past.. I've always paid cash and given a tip to the guy for coming to my location. On a third occasion of me calling within a 3 month period the guy decided to tip himself 15$ on my bank card.. I had a weird few months where my wife would lock the keys in the car or we'd forget our keys and only had our f.o.b. that only works to Start the vehicle but the battery went dead. Well we called them and paid cash plus tip.. Same 5 mile radius location as the first 2 times I call the lady on phone quotes me at 35 like usual but when guy that arrives realizes I'm paying with my card this time instead of cash he walked away and decided to charge 49.95 to my account.. After being quoted ,after me being loyal ,and making them only money, and recommending them.. Probably thought i wouldn't tip this time which i shouldn't have too.. Call the next one on Google forget these rip off artists.. Rarely are my posts negative I believe if you have nothing nice to say etc, but it would be mean of me to let them continue to take advantage of people in stressful situations..

A neighbor was locked out of her home yesterday with no phone or keys. I looked up a locksmith online and they said they could be there in 20 minutes and they were on time. They were able to get her into her home in minutes. They did a great job.

I locked my keys inside my car after school. I called them at 4:15 pm and they were there in less than 10 minutes. Took less than 5 minutes for him to open my car door. Although the price is a bit too much in my opinion ($37) it was well worth it and cheaper than other locksmiths in Las Cruces. Great service! I'm recommending them to all my friends and family.

My key broke in my door, and all I needed was to get it removed and a new key. Last time I called for the same service, it was only $50 but this time it was $85. They told us it would take less than an hour, but it lasted almost 3 hours for them to finish the job completely.

I called on a Wednesday to set up a appointment for Thursday morning... The tec.. showed up and started the job at 900 A.m. Than he stopped and said take it to the shop this is at 10 am so he gave me a card... And I drive my motorcycle to their shop... At 1030 came 12 o'clock I had to load it back up because I spent my whole day waiting... My free time is very few... So 2 waste the whole day and still not get it keyed and 4 them to laugh at me... Beware

I tried calling them late on a Saturday night in order to open my house, my wife and I locking ourselves out of the house. I let their number ring repeatedly without anyone answering. I called another locksmith (the one who I've just given a 5 star rating) who answered immediately and came right on over. Regardless of the advertisement of 24-7 service, it just 'ain't so.' Sorry.
