They can you up and running again.Not every lock and key has that capability. Best Lock place in Rio Rancho.No 2nd trip needed, because they make the key right the first time.

They gave us a used key without telling us, said it was new. No wonder is broke within a week! They are being really unprofessional and rude while my husband is trying to get a refund. Cause the key broke. It's cheaper to go to a dealership and get a new key! Very unprofessional and will not be trusting their services again.

Needed a new key FOB made and I called them to see if they could do it if I came there in 20 minutes. They said 'yes'. I got there and gave them the new FOB and within 20 minutes he had the new one made. Very courteous and professional. Cost was great, also.

Small business, BIG on service! Family business with friendly Father - Son team running the shop. We needed two duplicate sets of keys for our camper and a duplicate set for the truck. The duplicate keys work great! They were even able to stamp the new keys making them easier to identify than the originals.

Fast, friendly service! I had locked my keys in my office at work. Had a different locksmith company come out initially, after an hour of the other guy fiddling with the lock & unable to get the door open he told me he couldn't get it & left. Got referred to Westside Lock & Safe by a family member. Isaac came out in a very timely manner, was friendly & got the door open in less than 5 seconds (not even kidding haha). Definitely recommend them.

Very friendly, professional local business. I had a very unusual problem in that one of my BMW motorcycle side bags would not unlock. Searches on the net showed no fix. And, of course, Sandia BMW motorcycles will charge you $100 to just look at it. Took it into Felix, at West Mesa. Within a hour, Felix called me and said it was done. Upon, picking up the bag, Felix said there was no charge as it just took him a couple of minutes to diagnose the problem. Now that's real hometown service. Everyone there was friendly. A nice treat in today's business atmosphere. Thanks Felix and West Mesa Lock and Safe.

Felix was just here and he is very professional and honest. I had lost a key to a 2 drawer file cabinet. In less than 5 minutes he had it opened (without drilling). I had called several locksmiths and they all told me the lock had to be drilled out and would have to purchase a new lock and keys. It did not. Felix picked the lock and told me the key# I needed to get keys made. I will go to West Mesa Lock and have keys made. My husband and I highly recommend this company.

The Locksmith showed in a matter of minutes and quickly opened my door. Then he fixed my fob by bringing extra batteries. He tested the battery and found a connective issue. I was back behind the wheel with my fob key working better than before in no time!!The Locksmith went above and beyond plus he was very polite. Thank you West Mesa!

You will get scammed. Customer service at office will tell you they can replace a lock, service tech will show up and say no that they do not in fact do that.... then hand you a bill

These guys are great! I freaked out when I lost my keys, but they were able to make a copy from my spare and programmed it to my car without a problem. They work super fast - faster than I could get back to them to pick up my fob key (which had to be special ordered) - and joked with me about it.

Awesome customer service and value! This great local family owned business has always treated me and my family like they would want their family to be treated. Felix and Mike are more concerned with making sure they help their customers than they are with making a buck. I made the mistake of going to the Lowe's on Northern for a copy of my house key to give my son and the guy at Lowe's that made me the key told me that he wasn't sure it would work. I went to customer service and told them I wasn't going to pay for a key that visually I could tell didn't match my key. Irritated that I wasted my time and still didn't have a house key for my son, I went to West Mesa just as they were getting ready to close and Felix made me a key quickly and didn't even charge me! They have also been lifesavers throughout the years whenever my kids or myself have locked ourselves out of our vehicle or house. My teenage son actually found that he locked his keys in his truck last night after getting off of work at midnight. Mike didn't hesitate to drive over and help him out. That means a great deal to me and my son was very relieved that he was able to find help at that hour of night.I have and will continue to refer West Mesa Lock & Safe to my family, friends, co-workers, and people that I don't even know that have locked themselves out, because I know they are reliable, reasonable in their prices, and they provide excellent customer service with a quality of care that is always above and beyond any other company I've dealt with.Please support this local family owned business. Wonderful family owned, honest business! Best prices hands down!Beware of other locksmith businesses because all in the area were trying to Scam me into paying $300 just to come out and work on my 2 locks! it would have turned into about $400+ because when it was all said and done they slap additional fees. I called West Mesa they were really nice and they drove to my house and did everything for $145 flat rate no hidden fees. Thanks a lot you guys are awesome!!
