Very terrible customer service and big waste of my time and money. I'm surprised that they're still in business after trying to do business with True Value. Placed an online order April 19th, 2020. COVID19 warning said shipments take roughly 8 days but may take longer. Never received any response from the merchant. Called True Value at the beginning of May to check on order, staff was unable to tell me when the order would come in but they put in another order and promised to tell me when either my original or my new order would arrive. Checked back May 12th in store, employees said they would find out where my order was. Employee was shocked that it took so long. I waited but no Response from True Value. Called back a few days later. No response from True Value. May 15th left employee with a note to call me about my order. No response from True Value. May 21st, called store, employee promised to let me know when order was coming in. No response from True Value. I was respectful and patient throughout but now it's dispute and review time.It takes a lot for me to give a company 1 star.

A pretty damned good hardware store, out in the middle of nowhere. I don't have to drive to Santa Fe for little odds and ends when in the middle of a project. I just pop in, and then swing by El Parasol for a couple tacos.
