Locked myself out of my house this afternoon with 2 toy poodle puppies inside having a FIT. Called and after explaining situation, they sent a technician within 30 minutes. He had door open within 10 minutes and all was well. Would highly recommend this company!!

If I could give them no stars at all I would. I ordered locks from this company. It took a couple of months for the locks to come in, which is understandable, however, they were supposed to be installed. I basically BEGGED them to come and install the locks. Week after week went by with little communication. I sent e mails, I called... finally in my last email I told them I need the locks, over four months is way too long to wait. I haven't heard a work since... How busy can you be????

Paid $270 for them to come out to make and program a key. It never worked. Ended up having to tape the Fob from the key that broke to the key I paid for. Called, complained, they never called me back.

Great service and fair prices. Has a extensive assortment of keys including some old file cabinet keys I thought I'd never find. They also had a part to help me repair the dead bolt of a very old mortise lock on my front door.

Great service. They were able to make a key to a lock that I didn't have a key..just by bringing in the lock. Saved me over $500 to install a new antique lock.

Called 3 times to confirm they could program a key fob on a Saturday but when I called to head over I was told there was no one there to do it. I was visiting family in the area 175 miles from home and one of the reasons for the trip was the key fob. Not impressed whatsoever with these company.
