Receptionist has a very bad attitude. She answers the phone with a nasty tone. She then continues to ask questions that if I were able to answer, I would not need a locksmith. After appointment has been scheduled, the locksmith calls with all kinds of technical questions and asks for pictures. When describing the problem, its almost like Im being blamed for the issue. I would never recommend this locksmith to anyone.

If youre in Astoria, dont waste your time with those automatic key cutting kiosks. Go to Admiral- they will cut your keys for a better price and more importantly, accurately (comparison: 1 out of 4 worked from a kiosk, all of my keys worked when I went to Admiral). Theyve been around for 67 something years and I get it. Thank you!

Fast and friendly service. I was able to get a set of specialty keys made in under 5 minutes. They also carried a variety of key tags and chains so I can mark the keys right there and not get things mixed up. The cut was precise and much better than those key me kiosks can do. Nothing beats a real locksmith at their craft. This is true customer service.

GO THERE! I have never written a review before. I always believed that if you provided good/bad service the market will take care of it. either you get repeat customers or don't, you business goes up or down. No need for outside influence.
