These guys are GREAT!!!! I needed a lock installed on my mom's door and they promptly arrived and made a recommendation for a lock that made us all feel safe. Fast forward to a month later, the lock was loose and they promptly showed up again, fixed it with no hassle and did not charge us a dime. It's wonderful to find business owners who stand behind their work and can be trusted. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!!!

Excellent experience, they came right away early on a Sunday morning after another locksmith was a no show. John the locksmith was super nice and very helpful. I was locked out of my apartment but they were able to get me back in without damaging the lock and without incurring extra costs. Would recommend to anyone.

Horrible experience. I would never use or recommend All-star to anyone. Bad advice, incompetent work, and awful customer service, in my opinion. I called All-Star to fix the foyer door to my apartment (door needed new lock/handle and wouldn't shut properly). The owner came out and seemed nice/trustworthy. He gave me terrible advice and charged me $290 for a purported 'fix' that resulted in me getting locked out a couple days later. I called them and they quickly sent an employee over. It took him literally 2 seconds to get into my apt with some type of lock opening device that looked like a slip of paper. (this, although the owner had told me he was installing a security lock dead bolt on my door). They charged me $150 for this service, which I paid only because I had my baby in my arms. I told the owner I was going to leave a bad review if he insisted on the $150 fee (as opposed to merely the $45 service call fee) and he told me, 'Not my problem. Do what you have to do.' So here's his bad review. Later I called the contractor who usually does work in our building. He charged $375 to undue everything All-Star had done and to fix everything perfectly. The Owner of All-star was very nice to me -- until he got my money. I feel I got totally scammed.

Excellent service! Called him last week needing help getting into my locked house. Within 20 mins, the tech was at my house ready to help. He was quickly able to get my family into the house. He even fixed the lock due to my unsuccessful attempt to 'pick' the lock prior to his arrival. His prices are extremely reasonable. I always recommend his services.

I got locked out of a clients appartment and I dont know the name of the guy who came but he was great took him less then 3 min to get in it was amazing. Ive locked myself out before and used a different service they charged me double the price and took hours to get in but not these guys they are pros im so happy to find a reliable reasonably priced locksmith.

Joe was very efficient in doing what needed to be done. He explained everything before just doing the job so I could fully understand what he was going to do. He fixed my original lock and it works as it did when I first had it put in.

Dishonest ,fraud zero customer service and calls the cops oh people he knows. RUNNNNNNNNNN......he tells you $45 for consultation,$95+tax for the service ,he could not open the door and stated its more work for him so it will cost $180 I even agreed and he stated if that dont work as in no guarantee it will open and he stated the next stage will be $250 if the $180 trial fails lololol Who does that.The good news gave him $125 and someone fixed a new lock for $50 as a gift after hearing my ordeal with this unprofessional locksmith .I read some of the reviews thats why I called him PEOPLE LISTEN I question those 5x review did not match the person that showed up period.Its bad enough you lock yourself out and a locksmith from hell shows up.i hope people read your response and judge for themselves lolololol u are a joke.

Joe and his wife Victoria are the best key-makers in the game. Joe can duplicate Mul-T-Lock keys by sight, which is extremely helpful when you've lost the combination for it. He's always willing to make new Mul-T-Lock keys, let you go home to try them, and then stop back in to pay once you're certain the keys will work. A truly wonderful and helpful local business. This is the best place for key replacements in the Brooklyn! We have taken questionable bent keys and keys snapped in half and they were able to make duplicates. Not to say they can for every situation, but we were lucky enough they were able to get it done. They are very helpful and listen carefully to what you are saying. They try to give you the best deal for your money. Fantastic Emergency Locksmith service! Why go anywhere else?

We have used Allstar Locksmith & Hardware in our commercial office buildings continually over the past 10+ years. Their team is professional, polite, extremely well trained and fast at getting the job completed while exceeding expectations. Joe showed up only a few minutes after the scheduled time. He rekeyed five locks very quickly after going through all my options and the bill the price was as-agreed and he even fixed a lock that wasnt working quite well. Id recommend Joe to anyone and will certainly be a repeat customer if the need ever arises.

Joey told me that the service fee was $45.00 and it would be more if he had to change the cylinder. He sprayed WD40 on the inside and outside of the cylinder and the key worked. He did not do any repairs. I gave him the $45 and he told me that it was $100. I said to him that all he did was spray WD40. He became angry with me. I will never used this company again.
