Without going into the painful details, I'll just say that I needed three different locks removed and replaced. Randy was an absolute pro: a good communicator and all around nice guy who's also great at what he does. I'm 100% pleased with his workmanship and professionalism, and also glad to support a great local, independently owned business. During COVID the storefront isn't open, but all you need to do is call the main #. The recording lists Randy's cell #, and he's very quick to respond. He laughed when I said, 'You're amazing, and I never want to see you again.' 'Yes,' he replied. 'We hear that a lot.'

I needed an emergency lock put on and Randy came to the rescue! He was able to put one on the next day! He was super nice, professional and really funny. Hes also really affordable too, especially on such short notice. If I ever need another lock or know anyone who does, Id definitely recommend him!

Lock Smith was over an hour late to appointment. After multiple calls and text was finally able to understand that they had confused me with another client and didnt even plan on showing up the day and time we scheduled, leaving me without a lock on my newly installed door. They were quick to correct their error, and once we established the mistake, the locksmith did eventually show up for the job. Task was very difficult, and the technician did a decent job with fitting our smart mortise to a new door. Some aspect however were very poorly done. The deadbolt does not close all the way due to a sloppy job on the strike plate housing and as a result, a lock function that should normally be automatic has to be turned manually to fully secure. In addition, the wiring job for our Smart Lock unit was incorrect, and after 30 minutes on phone from the manufacturers tech support, we finally had to redo some aspects of the install to stop a tampering alarm from going off. Ultimately, Im happy to have made some progress and the price they charged I felt was very competitive considering the difficulty of the task. Everyone makes mistakes, so Im not sure I would let this prevent me from trying again with the company, but my first experience was rocky at best.

Randy was great. Gave me a time frame and showed up. Installed new deadbolt and was quick with the drilling and installation. And the cost was what the phone estimate was. No surprised. That is professionalism.

I had a young guy from this company come to change my locks with the card key lock. This guy charged me $1300 for two locks, he was back and forth at my house (he was not prepared) at least 3 times before he got it right. I could not pay him what he asked cause I never knew if i would need him again. I call the company the next day to inform them of this situation and they told me the have independent contractors. No one takes responsibility for the actions of these guys. I never used them again.

I actually never met Randy, but still experienced incredible service. I was panicking after Home Depot messed several key copies, and Randy was actually not at his shop due to a minor injury. However, he texted me from his personal number, helping me identify where Home Depot has messed up and giving me alternative solutions for key copying in the neighborhood. Moving - especially when you have one set of keys for 4 roommates - is never fun, and the last thing you need is a wild goose chase for a simple service. Thanks Randy - stellar service!!!

Dont even bother calling anybody else. Its worth the wait or multiple tries to reach Randy or one of his associates. I work at a nearby business, and we always get our keys made here: they always work in our locks, and the service is so fast! Recently we'd needed some keys made, but the gate was always down at Kings. I was worried they closed, but called the number just in case. I was contacted soon after by Randy, and we set up a time I could come by and get my keys made. He was so friendly and his service was impressive. I found out Kings IS still open, just is focusing on jobs outside of the brick and mortar, and now I know to call ahead. Don't be deterred by the extra step of having to call for your key needs, it's worth it!
