Went to Auto Zone and bought a new battery. I asked the clerk about getting a spare smart key made. He pointed to the outside parking lot to the iLocksmiths banner logo and said they can take care of that. Within 15-20 min. I was in and out with a new smart key back up. Orel was super chill and super nice. I highly recommend !

The driver that helped me was really helpful. Knowing that money is hard to come by during the virus, they worked with me until we worked on a very reasonable price. I appreciate everything theyve done. Empathy is what this company has and Im glad they showed it when they was helping me. I had a really great experience at this locksmith. I needed to get keys replaced for my car and they went above and beyond in replacing them for me. I would've been charged an arm and leg had I went to the dealer directly but their service and pricing here saved me a ton of money. This will be my go to place for my locksmith needs.

Im putting this review in for Kevin. The gentleman who assisted me(the owner) was very accommodating. Even though I came in after hours he still assisted me no problem. He helped me tremendously, I cut 2 fully functioning keys with him. I wont go to any other locksmith the price is right, he works well with people, and he is efficient, knows what he is doing period. Excellent all around the board, give him your business and you will leave smiling!

Efficient, fast, knowledgeable, affordable and extremely professional! I truly appreciate Abe coming out to Queens to get me out of this bind after I lost my car key. Went to this place twice for my car keys and i must say excellent service and quality they redid my key after my key broke right off my key fob then today they reset my car and programmed two new keys after one of my key fobs were stolen and someone broke into my car.... both times the service was proficient and quick! I went to their store and picked out a new lock for my front door. The staff in the store were friendly, professional, and helpful. They showed me, and explained all of the features of the lock, the pros and the cons. Later that day the locksmith came and installed the lock for us. He was very patient, and honest in dealing with us. He was also very easy to communicate with, he explained his every step of the process so that we would know what was going on. The job itself was done excellently, and we are quite happy with the result!

Great locksmith. This is the second time coming to this locksmith and I trust no one else. I lost my key fob walking in my neighborhood. After searching for hours it was no wear to be found. I was scared that someone would be able to find my car and have it stolen. So I called up ilocksmith spoke with Abe he is so professional . We spoke about some options for the car . I decided on a reset and a new key fob so the old fob would be deactivated . This way no one would steel the car with lost fob. This locksmith is very responsibly priced . The car dealer wanted an insane amount. Abe walked me through step by step showing me how he deactivated the old fob and reset the new ones. This was during the pandemic I advised him over the phone that I had an autoimmune disease and asked him what percussions they where taking. He said no problem he woukd wear a mask and gloves and he did while he set everything up. Sweetest most professional guys.

I came into the shop and Orel was so welcoming and helpful. The problem I was having with my alarm was not one there company handles. But he directed me where to go to get my problems solve. Orel was able to prove me with a copy of my car key that had more features then the original key I got when I purchase my car. Which was great. Customer service is top notch . Had to program a car key for one of my customers. Asked Abe and he was happy to help. Even took an appointment super early at 7am. At the same time, my office lock was acting up. I called Abe to help me out. He shot right over and changed the lock. Explained everything. Gave me a fair price and the quality of work was great as well. My customer is happy with the second key to her car, Im happy that I dont have to break my fingers to open or close my office. Everything worked out great!
