Amazing service!!! (It was lit.) Lost my car keys a while ago and decided I needed a replacement. I came here over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Jerry is one of the nicest people I have ever met and definitely does right by the customer. I was given different options and got my new car key for cheaper than expected. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back.

I used to work for a locksmith back in the day, and installed myself all previous locks in my apartments, including friends and family.Kids kept losing keys and I decided to upgrade to a key-less lock.Talked to Jerry and he patiently updated me on all current options, provided helpful advice on which lock to choose. After further research online, I confirmed that Jerry's suggestion was the best option and called to schedule an installation.Installation was done in a very professional and accurate way.Week later and decided to purchase upgraded cylinder for 2nd lock and install myself.I encountered an issue during installation and called Jerry again asking if he could help. He went out of his way to come to the rescue as quickly as possible, and few hours later I was again a happy customer!Highly recommended !

Terrible customer service and ridiculously inflated prices for all services. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only this shop inflates prices, but, if you tell them that another shop is willing to provide the same service for a much cheaper price, the shop owner would call the competitor and fight about providing their customers lower prices. Avoid this shop if you like your money and your respect.

Jerry is the most professional locksmith I've worked with by far. He was very brief after i told him my situation with my lock and the issue i had, he was on point and got the job done, when others failed and gave me the run around. I am not one to write reviews but I was compelled to. My first experience with Jerry was a few years ago when I went into his store to have a few keys made. Jerry was informative helpful and cheerful. I had randomly gone into his store but because my experience was so positive I made a point to put his contact information in my phone. Fast forward a few years later I had a challenge in my house with a safe file jammed that I could not open. Instead of Jerry taking my information and scheduling a visit to my house he walked me through some of the things I should try to do to open it on my own. Amazingly much to my surprise, because I am not handy I was able to open it on my own. Jerry asked me to call him back and let me know if I had opened the safe file. I found that so unusual that a small business owner who wasnt going to make a nickel off of me just wanted to help. You find so few people like that today. Jerry who Im guessing is the owner of this store is always extremely rude. I work nearby and its the closest locksmith to my real estate office where we regularly need copies of keys so this is why I have put up with his poor attitude for almost a year now. Today was the last time I will put up with it. Jerry, I would recommend you start a mindfulness practice so you can wake up and notice how to treat people because you just lost a regular customer because of it. Worst locksmith ever.

About a month ago I took an airplane door key to several places to make copies, but no one was able to do it. At JAM Allsafe guys took a professional approach to that matter and made me copies of the key to the airplane door. I would like to recommend that place as a professionally run locksmith.

This is the best locksmith I've ever used. Every key they've duplicated has always worked perfectly. When I lost one of three wireless key fobs for my car, they calibrated a new one and then perfectly re-calibrated the other two to match the new one. The owner and his assistant are cordial, but they can be busy with several customers waiting, so they may be unable to engage with you in extended chit-chat. I would describe their customer service as friendly, efficient, and effective.

My neighbors recommended going to this locksmith located in a small neighborhood shop on Ave X off of Ocean Ave. Sam is very knowledgeable and cut my Lexus emergency keys from my blanks and original very quickly. They do it quickly and inexpensively on a special machine that laser sees the original and router cuts the blanks. I was quoted $100 in Allentown, PA and at JAM I was charged one-fourth that price. Both cut keys work perfectly in the car, as well if not better than my original key. Jerry is the Owner and with Sam both are very astute at this guild. Highly recommended!

Over the years my father has come to this place to get duplicate car keys made, and he has referred other family members here also. When I lost the duplicate key to my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder and Nissan wanted to charge $400+ to replace it, my dad brought me here. They were great!!! I was able to get a duplicate key for way less than what Nissan was charging and it didnt take long for them to make the key.

The service was perfect! I came to reprogram my Nissan Rogue smart key. The original one was lost so I got the new one over the internet. The key was of a poor quality and the reprogramming did not work. So, i was offered a new key for a very dissent price and it works like a charm! There are few experiences more exasperating than your keys working the way they're supposed to work, but your apartment door can't be pushed open! Not even after repeated efforts! Tonight, my daughter endured that experience, and couldn't enter her apartment. I decided to try calling J.A.M. Allsafe & Secure, because it's in the neighborhood. J.A.M.'s owner took my after-hours call. He patiently questioned me about the design of the door and the locks, and then suggested a technique to possibly overcome the problem. The door opened! And there was no charge! J.A.M. is the only locksmith we will ever need, and J.A.M. is the only locksmith we will ever recommend to friends and neighbors!
