What a great locksmith experience! I had heard so many awful stories about locksmiths, but this was pretty painless. I locked myself out at 1:30AM and he showed up in under 20 minutes. No price gouging, no problems. He got the lock open, I paid the really reasonable fee, and that was that. A locksmith is a service you hope you never need but if I do again, I'll be calling these guys for sure.

I left my keys inside my house in the evening and I was worry about finding available locksmiths but I contacted them and they replied very quickly. Alex was friendly and he called me to confirm the address. Than he arrived shortly and in less than 15 min I was able to get inside my house again. Good thing that they opened without damaging the lock! Highly recommended!

Came yesterday afternoon and within an hour changed out all 4 of my locks. Very fast and professional for a very reasonable amount of money. Is fully capable of reassembling locks to change the key and can make keys on site. Plus Alex had a great attitude and was very eager to help.

Alex is great! My super put the wrong cylinders on the wrong doors and I just couldn't get them to understand the problem, so I shelled out of pocket to have a pro do it right once and for all. He scratched his head and together we solved the puzzle so without having to buy any new hardware he somehow keyed my whole apartment so that there are actually fewer keys and everything is streamlined. And he did it in about 30 minutes. TOP NOTCH!

One of the buildings in my condo association had an issue with the main entry locks that needed to be fixed quickly as it was preventing residents from getting to their units. Top Locksmith was able to be onsite within hours of calling to schedule an appointment and arrived exactly when they said they would. The locksmith tech, Alex D, repaired the broken lock quickly and answered all of the random questions I threw at him. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
