Dog Waker was locked out, they came, replaced the lock and charged $300. When they left and she tried to get in with the keys he provided for the new lock, it wouldnt work and was still locked out. She called back to let them know, company said they would contact the technician and send him over. He never came. She had to call another locksmith to open the door. Ive called 5 times now, spoke to 4 different peoplethe last time I was transferred to customer service department which is a dead end that tells you to leave a voicemail after 15 minutes of waiting on the line. Do not use this servicetheyll take your $300 dollars, wont repair their shoddy work and youll have to spend another $200-$300 on a different locksmith to actually fix your problem.
