Had a problem with our door lock on a very old home that's had multiple replacements in that door frame. It was a Sunday night, and felt too uneasy waiting until the next day to get it taken care of. Buffalo Mobile Locksmith was open 24 hrs and had good reviews so I called them first. So glad I did. They quickly sent over a friendly guy named Shawn that knew just what to do, and he got it taken care of in minutes. He also replaced a lock on our backdoor to match a key that we had. Great service and would recommend. We will definitely call them again for some future lock repair we will need!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.Last Friday I stopped by and had a cabinet lock that I wanted to get keyed like another lock I already had. Upon looking at the lock, Sean (or is it Shawn??) said he would not be able to do it due to a rivet that was not giving. I asked about just getting a new key made to work the lock and left the lock there. 10 minutes after I left Friday afternoon, Sean called and said he was able to get past the rivet and would be able to use the older key to make the lock work.Today (Monday), I returned and Sean had the old lock removed and rekeyed with a new lock in about 15 minutes. I waited and walked out with the lock/keys and a great experience.

What impressed me the most was he was dedicated to fix the issue as if the vehicle was his own personal vehicle. I highly recommend this company and even more so I reccomend asking for paul. Called to get some assistance. Gentleman gets the info, tells me hell call me back in 2 minutes which turned into 30 minutes. I called, no answer then someone else called about my issue. Had misinformation, told me he could come the following day. I respectfully declined as I couldnt wait until the following day and the guy just hung up on me. Rude.

Paul was very quick, efficient and knowledgeable. He re-keyed a number of locks for me, replaced a deadbolt, and replaced the batteries in both of the key fobs for my car, all within about an hour or so. Im amazed at how well my (really old) door now closes due to the lock strike plate he put in when replacing the deadbolt. That door feels so much more secure. I highly recommend Paul not only for fast and quality work but his keen attention to detail.

Paul thank you so much for all your help came with in 35 minutes super friendly explained everything to me that we needed to know about the key tested both keys and gave me spare key in case I lost or broke my other one called him at 8 at night and he came by 8:35 and was done by 9 with and even waited for me to test it out myself just in case I ran into a problem I highly recommend this place for any key problems or if you need a locksmith thank you so much Paul for all your help we really appreciate it we recommend you to all our friends

They are SERIOUS geniuses. They came out to my house and made me a brand new key for my 2004 yamaha r6. Motorcycles are SERIOUSLY tricky to make a new key for and they were able to save me the head ache of having to replace my ignition, gas, and cowl locks which would have been serious time and money. If you're looking for amazing service that is professional and on point this is the place to go! THANKS AGAIN!!!!
