The Suburban Lock & Key store has everything you need. I had purchase a piece of luggage that you can lock but TSA can still open. Wasn't sure how to set lock combination so took it to there store and both emotes showed me how to set the lock. It was simple for them but complicated for me-but once they showed me it was easy. They didn't want any money for showing me. Just a very nice group of workers thatvrakes pride in there work!

Very disappointing..Requested possibly replacing lock on door that was locked. When their rep came he opened the door in one second. Charged me $75.00 plus tax. I was saddened by the cost for so little work.

We needed extra keys cut for a newly-purchased vehicles and every retailer we inquired with told us it'd cost at least $20 per key to have them cut and finished on top of the ~$20 to obtain the blanks themselves. When we inquired at Suburban Lock & Key, we found out that we could've gotten the keys, cut and all, for ~$4 apiece! The store clerk's honesty saved us a bundle and the keys he cut worked like a charm right off the bat. If you ever need extra car keys made, I would recommend going to SB&L before anywhere else so you can find out EXACTLY what you need instead of getting strung along by dealers and retailers.
