He was well organized and had extraordinary knowledge with my situation and made me two new keys on the spot as well as my key remote all in less than 45 minutes. It was a Really good experience. I placed a call to a few lock smiths and Ford itself and nobody could help me with my old Escape. I called J Franco Locksmith on a recommendation from another smith and he gave me a really fair price and came the same day to get it done. My car was blocked in by National Grid (my luck) so we couldnt get to it. Next day first thing in the morning he got it done in around 30 min. Best experiance ive had with a lock smith .

Life savior with a smile on a hot Saturday morning! I had just lost my new Hyundai key fob and then found the old one. Joe came over and went a few extra miles to get the info he needed to re-key my old fob since it was a weekend. The pricing is affordable compared to others and of course a dealership. When I find the recently lost key fob, Im headed right to his shop to have it re-keyed. He has an easy going manner, efficient, and is the only guy youll need for any lock service. THANK YOU :-)

Outstanding workmanship and quality! I required multiple locks changed with very specific instructions for which locks should utilize which keys, as well as utilizing a master key. These complex instructions were carried out PERFECTLY! Everything worked flawlessly the first time without any difficulty at all. All areas were left perfectly neat and clean as well! Very fast and honest! I lost my key fob 2015 Altima, they came same day to my job and I was driving home with no issues. Its been over 6 months and both keys work great! Very knowledgeable and accommodating. I recommend.
