He was outstanding, compassionate (I'd just lost an elderly parent who lived with me to Covid), and completely and thoroughly professional and efficient. You are very lucky to have such an exceptional young man with integrity working for you. Do your best to keep him. He's definitely worth it.

I wish they were more helpful over the phone. I had to waste my time going down here just to find out they charge more than double what a car dealership does. Would have liked to give my money to a local shop, but the level of service isn't there.

We had just moved in. Earlier in the week we bought a new deadbolt from Alex at Able Lock (I easily installed it myself). I took a picture with my iphone of the keys from the new lock which included a numerical code. My family mostly uses the electric garage door to enter our house and I hadn't yet gotten a chance to distribute keys for the front door to family members. Wouldn't you know it, my wife and I were out of town and my teenage son called at 3PM to say that the garage door wasn't working and he was locked out?!? I called Alex and asked if he could make a key from the code that I had from the picture of the keys. He said 'sure no problem'. I texted alex the key/code picture. My son picked up the newly made key a short while later, it worked perfectly and a disaster was averted. Thanks Alex and Able!!

***update... the owner (chad) came to my house free of charge and made me the correct keys .im happy he stepped up and fixed the situation . Went in and got a garage lock key made by Alex . Had to go back cause it didnt work ! Alex had real bad attitude and rude, he grinned the keys and gauranteed that it should work .... as soon as i got home i tried it and doesnt even fit in the lock !!!Called the store and (alex) claimed he is someone else and told me there is no refund !!! Are u kidding me ? You made me keys that doesnt work and wasted my time TWICE! Refused to give me the owner or manager to complaint to .
