They respond immediately and do great work. Most importantly, they stand behind their work. Stuart also repaired the latch area of my door frame for me and it looks like new! Recently I purchased a high security Multilock from Assured because they recommended it and I just love it. I recommend this experienced, neighborhood business highly. Give them a try!

Only been here once but very helpful people in here. Apparently to program a jeep key fob they need some outside information which was unavailable when I came to them. I say they're very helpful because they gave it a shot anyway (it worked!). I bet this attitude applies to many situations and that's worth something!

Called Assured Locksmith and spoke to the owner Don. He was very pleasant and fit me in for an appointment the very next day. The technician, Stuart, arrived promptly, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I needed a new front door lock to my office and another lock rekeyed. got locked out of my car at 230am in the morning and was stuck called assured and they got a man to me in 30min he was so efficient and fast and even gave me a jump when my battery died. they were really quick and reasonable and i went back the next day and got a good deal on some spare keys. would definitely use for some doors on my house.

Man this guy is awesome. I have a 06 Pontiac torrent for over a year many have told me it's gonna cost 75 100 or 150 for a copy of my key. Cause it's chipped and has to be programmed. Well 15 min and $5 later this guy was able to make a fully working second key. Turns out the key others were using wasn't long enough to fit in the chamber. Dammm this guy is good

It was disappointing to read the negative reviews and I called another locksmith for two keys I needed made and programmed for my son's Ford. The price was $120.00 more. I decided to come back to Assured.The keys for my other two cars that they made work fine and now I'm glad that I didn't follow the negative reviews, at least in this case :).

Not only is this the BEST locksmith around, it's the only honest one I've been able to find. Not only were they able to come out (all other locksmith's refused to come same day), they did an amazing job securing our garage. Called them to change a simple deadbolt was told 129.99 on the phone. Guy came to the house and tried to sell me a $495 handle instead. I told him no and the was told I needed to pay a $94 service charge just for coming to the house. No work was done and I had to pay. Will never call them again! Who would have thought the locksmith was the crook!

I went there with a key for my car that I needed cut and programmed. There were three guys standing around doing nothing, yet they seemed pretty bothered that there was a customer. The guy behind the counter was the worst - annoyed and complaining the whole time. I was there a half hour for one key. A little over priced too, at $60, but I wouldn't care if the experience had been nicer.

I had the worst experience with this locksmith. I lost my motorcycle key so the guy told me no problem bring the bike in we can fit a key. Loaded the bike in the pickup and brought it over. After two hours of trying to make a key the guy sent me home and said he would call me when it was done. Got a call an hour later that it was done. I asked him to make a couple of spare keys and I paid the nearly $300 bill! Went out to the bike and tried the key and nothing happens! He told me if the key turns it should work and that it is some other problem with the bike. I told him the motorcycle was working perfectly the day before. Pretty much they said too bad. I brought the bike to Kawasaki and they replaced the ignition for $200. Nothing was wrong with the bike other than the ignition that the locksmith destroyed! These guys are a ripoff!!! Stay away!
