After calling several, very sketchy, unprofessional locksmiths I am so lucky to have found ARTCO Locksmith & Door. A tragically hapless roommate locked his bedroom door and closed the door to which we had no key to open. Luckily Remus was rescued the situation. On the phone Remus was upfront and professional, and I could tell immediately he was the right contractor and someone to be trusted. He arrived on time, was communicative before, during, and after, and opened the door within literal MINUTES of arriving. I was shocked. Other locksmiths quoted me over double the price, and said they'd likely need to destroy the lock and maybe the door, and that I may need to even buy a new door! I am overjoyed with my service.
