Tom was professional and helpful from the get-go: I was routed to him through the Locksmith USA phone tree and he quickly scheduled a time to repair my lock; he set a specific time and confirmed the appt the day before (much appreciated); arrived at precisely the scheduled time rather than having me block out half a day (totally rare); assessed the problem within minutes and explained options that I feel confident were fairly priced; he completed the repair, which wasn't a straightforward one, including an additional smaller repair for which he did not charge me, efficiently. I especially appreciated that he warned me about a structural installation weakness that could present problems in the future. I'm pretty sure he could have recommended I purchase some expensive hardware to replace the current lock, but he didn't, and for this I am most grateful. He was smart, professional, friendly, efficient, and accommodating. (I would have given anything for a fraction of such professionalism and competence with my recent fridge repair dramas.)

My cylinder was rotating so I called and Tom was at my place with new multi lock installed in less than thirty minutes. Tightened up screws and explained the entire process. Took credit cards and emailed the receipt so I dont lose it. Very happy especially considering its a weekend early morning service.
