Overall, my wife and I are very happy with the service we got from Clark's. I called in the morning, and by the early afternoon we had a new chip key for our 09 Forester. The tech even got our key FOB from ebay working. He had to use his programming tool to do it, but what do I care. It all works and we now have a second set of keys for the vehicle. Cost was $200 and they came to me. In my book that's better than going to a dealership. Give 'em a shot, I bet you'll be happy you did.

These guys are legit! I was getting quoted crazy amount for a spare key to my prelude with the other locksmiths around. It was Still was not cheap but I didnt have to give half my paycheck. Kris was patient with my car which was not so easy to work on, but he's a pro and got it done. He also recommended an extra key for future situations likes this. And it was still better then the competition price. Give these guys a call if you ever need a spare key !

After losing my key, I called Clarks to get a quote regarding a new key for my slightly older CR-V. I gave my information to individual on the phone, and then had my call returned by a technician minutes later. Calvin was on the scene in about 30 minutes, and was able to have my new key made within the hour. I was especially impressed since I had accidentally given him the wrong model year, but was still able to program the right type of key regardless.Calvin was kind, professional, as was able to give me the best price available given the circumstances. I highly recommend Clarks!

I had a 2018 Mazda 3 push-to-start I bought used but was only provided one key for. I bought a pair of key fobs online and requested for Clark's to come program it. They happily obliged and came after hours on the same day of the request to my home. Ahead of time they called me to confirm the appointment which was appreciated. Kris was very polite, understood my request with little explanation, and immediately went to work. He was able to get the first key to pair without issue. The second one wouldn't pair, and he attempted a full reset all the key fobs and still didnt go, but he checked with his resources and did everything he could to get it to work, and made sure not to cut the key so that I could get it returned (which is not a big deal because I can program it myself now that I have two working ones).A+ service, very professional operation, wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Not only did he come out to my apartment at almost 2 o'clock in the morning and install my code door lock. Clark's locksmith provided fast dispatch during a desperate time. Kris was our Locksmith and he was amazing!! We had a particularly difficult ignition problem. Our key went into the ignition and would not turn. Kris never gave up and was able to get the ignition repaired and re-keyed. Kris has a very calm demeanor and is easy to work with! I called Clark's today after I locked myself out of my car in NW. I was worried about being late for work, but the technician who called me said he was '20-25 minutes away and would hustle to get there quickly.' He then called me 30 minutes later to say that he was 'finally in Portland and about 2 miles away.' This was VERY frustrating for me as he arrived a full HOUR after I called. Had he been honest about his ETA I could have found a different locksmith who was closer. The driver (Scott? Sam?) was very cheerful and friendly, so for that I will give them 2 stars

Today I had a very good experience with this company overall I would recommend them to any of my family and friends. I was able to get an immediate lockout service and a new key programmed at a discounted price that I was comparing to other quotes in the area. Alex was friendly, easy to work with and responsive to my alarm going off. Painless experience over all. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 in which they deserve is because they didnt have a full key fob with unlock and lock button readily available for programming. However it would have cost more anyways. Great value for the service I received!!!

It started when I locked my keys in the trunk of a BMW. The first 3 places I called said they couldnt help me and advised me to have my car flat-bedded to a dealership. Clarks tech Kris said he was willing to give it a shot. He arrived when he said he would and was kind and professional. It took a few techniques but Kris did what the internet said was impossible. In no time at all I had my keys and was back on the road.

Best locksmith experience bar none! My supposed mechanic broke my only key off in my ignition. Mind you this is on a Sunday evening around 7:45pm ...no way am I getting this fixed tonight right!?? WRONG! Alex (the locksmith for this God sent company) answered on the 2nd ring eager to help. He was super polite without putting that phony sales call voice on. On a call to Clarks to setup an appoint to fix my 6 home locks in a recently acquired house they were kind enough to send a technician over that day. He arrived on the agreed time late in the day and proceeded to fix all the locks in a reasonable time frame, keeping me informed at each step and providing good shortcut ideas. The tech extended his time to make sure the job was complete to my satisfaction. Excellent job and very good technician. Strongly recommended.
