Such a friendly and helpful place, the only place Ill go to. You walk in and someone helps you right away with a big smile. Something that those big chain stores lack and i appriciate those things! I buy my paint here and theres so many cool things to improve home and tools. A store Ill go out of my way to support esp when I had so many rude and unhelpful experiences at places like H Depo ect. Plus its next to rockys, you get to have a awesome sandwich before your next project

I purchased a 'True Value Grass Shears ' from this store. I have been a relatively long term customer there. I brought the shears home and tried to cut the grass with them, to my disappointment, they did not cut well. I returned them two days later. I was told first that the store could not take them back because they were used. Then I was told that the blades were bent.I only tried to use them for less than 10 minutes. On the package it is stated that there is a 15 year warranty, and all I had to do was return it to the store with the receipt.The blades were not bent, but were as removed from the packaging by me. A reasonable store would say that the customer is always right, especially since the product was warrantied.I am disappointed by the attitude of Millwood Hardware and this type of customer care.

We recently moved to the area, and having a neighborhood hardware store with a knowledgeable staff just down the street has been really great. They don't have the inventory of a huge chain so big ticket items like generators aren't available, but they've supplied all of my new-house projects with tools and great advice. Couldn't be happier.
