Wonderful service. I had never spoken to or met mike before. He FaceTimed me to help remove our lock cylinder so I could get it rekeyed at his shop. He also helped me replace the cylinder. OMG this is an absolutely fabulous locksmith. I moved into a new office and needed to make a bunch of keys for myself and the folks sharing the office. I went to a hardware store, had about 10 keys made and only two of them actually worked. So I searched for a locksmith. You'd think they would be ready to find, but the first one I went to was always closed. I went to Mike's. I'd been there before and forgot how much I like him. He made me about 15 keys. He even punched identifying letters into every key so I can quickly see which is which since some of them look alike. The prices were very reasonable and woohoo, every key works. I highly highly highly recommend Mike's for all locksmith things.
