We had a desperate situation!! Locked car in our driveway. Lost key and spare no where to be found. Blocking in our two other cars. Turned house upside down searching to no avail. I had called several services without luck until I reached out to Prime Car Key Locksmith. The owner was knowledgeable, polite, professional and friendly. He assured me he could take care of our problem and that he could do it promptly. Same day!!! Within hours of my call he would fit us in despite his busy schedule. I called late afternoon and he arrived at 7:45 ready to help. Within an hour our problem was solved!! Unlocked car and new key!! No towing to dealership cost!!!!!! No back and forth to pick up the car!!! Very reasonable rate!! Much less than Audi wanted for the same service. And, of course Audi couldn't do it the same day. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job.We are beyond completely satisfied!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICE!!!!!!

I dont know where to begin! EXCELLENT customer service. I called them and within the hour they traveled over a bridge and through county lines to come to my door and fix my car key. The prices were affordable and EXTREMELY reasonable. The price was less than half want the dealership cost, and for half the time estimate the dealership provided as well. Parts, travel and labor all included at a flat rate. Plus its family owned and operated and the family is so professional and down to earth it made the experience that more wonderful. To see the beautiful balance of being professionalism while still maintaining a casual friendly demeanor. 1000% not just 100% but 1000% I am calling them back and referring definitely to my family and friends. I officially refuse to call anyone else.

Great service, Great Price!! They came to my location to make new keys (as I lost all my keys and couldn't use my car). Very efficient and honest. Took them only a few minutes to make 2 new car keys for my Siena. They charged less than half of dealership price.
