They were prompt and you cannot beat their prices, at about 40% less than every other place around. Omer came out promptly and was finished in half and hour. They came out in the pouring rain to my home after I lost my keys. Undercut the dealer price. Offered to sell me the remote clicker for cost and have me program it. But then as a favor programmed it and still only charged me cost for the remote clicker. Maintained distance during covid-19 epidemic. Used disinfectant on everything, was wearing a mask and gloves.

Ive had a deadbolt installed from these amazing people . They did such a fantastic job with installing and little mess . Top notch service - had an issue, called and immediately was helped remotely without the need for them to come out. No charge and the issue was resolved via a couple of cell phone pictures and direction over the phone. Will definitely use in the future for all locksmith needs.

These people were amazing on my 1st walk in to their shop. I just need a part for my expensive Schlage commercial door lock. I was late getting there and they stayed open for me. These things are $250 new and parts are expensive. Their technician happened to arrive as I did. He took the time (keep in mind they are supposed to be on their way home) and took apart my lever set, figured out what I needed knowing I was going to do it myself. They could of sold me the subassembly ready to go for about $45 or the whole thing for $250. No, they helped me save the money, NO CHARGE FOR THE LABOR!! with this emergency repair I needed and charged me $5 for the part. IN OTHER WORDS FREE AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED. It was Saturday evening. I passed all the other lock smiths that were closed and not answering phone where some did not even have a walk in store. Next time I need something I'm going to pass all the other ones even if they are open because these are the people who will always get my business. Ok true story, thank you

Professionals who care about the customer. I was locked out during the last winter storm. They were realistic about the time frame and kept checking in while on their way. They took extra time to avoid damaging the lock or doorframe. I was charged the standard fee (despite the storm and the hour). These are good people!

A locksmith you want to use!The following episode is worth sharing. I called to have two number locks installed in addition to two automatic door closers.The work was done quickly and professionally.To my husbands dismay he realized that I did not ask for number locks that close on their own.I called back to have automatic number locks installed, I was expecting a hefty re=installation fee and an annoyed response, instead I got cordial service, an apology (as if it was their mistake and not mine) and a no fee replacement.Thanks for unbelievable service!

The technicians did a great job creating duplicate Lexus and Toyota keys to replace the ones that were broken. It took an extra effort to get VIN info from Toyota but everything was done professionally and with a very positive attitude.
