I moved and needed new locks. The lovely, professional locksmith came over right away and quoted me over $300 less than another place had. He was so thorough he even took the time to file down a part so that my door closed just right! He really went out of his way, above and beyond, to make things right. It's rare to find a place that still takes pride in workmanship and doesn't rip you off - I've had bad experiences with locksmiths before, and you unfortunately get used to over-paying when you live in Manhattan. I can't recommend this place enough - it's the rare business that still does the right thing.

Amazing service! My key wouldn't turn in the lock when I got home at 2 am and Amazon sent someone within 20 minutes. The technician even replaced both the top and bottom locks for no extra cost. I would recommend Amazon to anyone!!

This man is a genius!! I presented him with a key that had cracked in half, locking an important file cabinet, and he figured out how to make me a brand new key. It took two tries, but the key fits perfectly! Ill recommend this company to everyone I know!!

Be careful there are a lot of scams out there not this place. A $50 job here could easily cost you a few hundred elsewhere. The owner Sasi is very honest and is quick to tell it to you straight. Hes the Israeli guy with a yarmulke very knowledgeable and friendly.

I got 5 copies of my key. Cost 20 dollars. 1 copy does not work at all. The man is very careless about his work. He just wants your money. No welcome no thank you.

On the 9/23/2017 I had just had a new lock installed. I was told by the locksmith the store charges $2.00 to cut the key . Therefore I had two keys made at the store. But when I arrived at the store, the owner charged $3.00 each. Not to mention he refuses to hand over the keys and receipt in my hand. Each time he placed the items on the counter. He had no problem receiving the money out of my hand. He didn't even thank me for my business . Lousy customer service .
