I got a fresh deadbolt lock installation (holes had to be drilled) and Dan was in and out in roughly 30 minutes. Made it look like the easiest job in the world. If you don't have the time/ tools/ don't know how to do it yourself, I recommend this company.

These guys are AMAZING! I got locked out of my storage unit and had no spare keys, I had to catch a flight 2.5 hours later and they came on site in 20 minutes, unlocked it in 5 minutes and I was on my way to the airport in no time! Amazing service, I wish every company will have such good customer service skills! Thank you guys

I was able to call in the morning and got go. et an appointment for 1pm. Danny arrived right on time and explained my options. He then took care of the locks demonstrating that the old keys would no longer work and the new ones were ready to go. All in all, pleased with the service and would call them again!

When a key broke in the lock I had no idea what to do, but Dexter Locksmith helped me out! Not only did he fix the main issue, but he noticed the issue I've been having with my door (that I didn't bring up), and was able to fix them all for me -- and for less than he quoted me. He made a perfect seal with the doorjam, went out of his way to make sure that it was a perfect fit. I couldn't' be more happy with the service or the price, so no complaints.

I just went grocery shopping and was holding 10 bags and had two of my kids with me. We were walking into the hallway and realized I had left my key inside the house after I just installed a lock where it locks automatically totally forgetting about it. I had only 10% on my phone and decided to quickly call the closest locksmith near me. Thankfully I found Dexter locksmith company wasnt too far. I was at a concert in terminal 5 and everything was going great up until i realized i lost my car keys. I thought I might have lost it in the hall SO i was waiting for everyone to leave the concert to look all around. No luck so I was hoping that I left the car keys in the car. So my friends and I ran to the car and lo and behold, there they were, right on the driver seat. I must of forgot to put them in my bag and I have a horrible habit of locking my door as I come out of the car using the option on the door. I figured id call the nearest locksmith in town. I googled locksmith near me and saw Dexter Locksmith. I immediately called them and got a hold a man named Joe. Joe assured me that he will get the door open and that i have nothing to worry about. Joe came at 11:45pm and got the door open at 11:55pm. A COMPLETE MIRACLE WORKER! 5 stars all the way!

Very affordable, Fast and hassle free with these people. I called them this morning with a problem I had with my key lock at home, I was shocked to find out that someone tried to key my front door when they told me. My keys are super tricky to copy, I went to so many other places and no one was able to make clean cuts. I decided to try this one place and I do not regret this they made the cleanest cut ever. I am never going anywhere else EVER AGAIN. The service was not so bad either.

We recently encountered a problem with our doors, see when we bought the house we decided to change the locks but not the doors. The doors became rusty and we decided to change over 20 doors in our residence but keep some of the locks. We had the pleasure of working with Joe who was able to come out to us the next day and help us out with removing the locks from the old doors and placing them into our new doors. He is a genius!!! We are so happy we made the call to Dexter.

I just moved into my new apartment and yes needed a deadbolt installed that same day, I contacted Dexter's and the super nice lady told me that it can be taken care by 6pm which was awesome because I come from work around that time. Joe Showed up by my apartment at 6pm but i was a bit late coming home from work so when he called me I told him I will be there in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I showed up ( Yea I know, VERY LATE) and he was still there. How cool? Anyways he was able to install it all and before 7 pm. I was so relieved because some people would leave and ask to reschedule. I would very much recommend this company.

For some reason my iron gate lock that i spent an arm and a leg for got jammed. I wasnt able to use it at all. I found out from a friend that Dexter locksmith which is located not too far from me was able to help me fix the problem. I gave them a call and they came right away. They checked out the gate and had all the tools on them to get it done. No more than 30 minutes were they done with fixing the lock on my gate. They truly have great service.

Good work great service...quick & easy. I live in an apartment in midtown manhattan. Unfortunately, my house was recently broken into because i had an extremely cheap lock to begin with. I called this locksmith company and was told I should add a deadbolt lock and that the wait time will not be long at all. I kid you not, 15 minutes later they showed up and got rid of my old lock to replace it with the new deadbolt lock. I feel so much safer and relieved. I was literally living in agony all these months of living here. Still shook. Thank you joe for making me feel safe!

Mike and his staff were incredibly friendly. I recently have been encountering problems with locking and unlocking my door. Its been a hassle and took a big portion of my day up because I would be late to work everytime. I felt that it would get better the more I play with it. Little did I know that I broke my key in half. One half was stuck in the lock and the other half was in my hands. I called dexter locksmith and was so pleased with the results. I couldnt believe how fast he got the work done. Mike changed my lock and got me two copies of the key all in one day. This company is the BEST! FASTEST! AFFORDABLE!!

We were moving out to a different state and needed our douments and everything in our safe deposit box taken with us. We called the bank to find out the procedure and they told us we only need the keys and an ID to close the box. I went to check on my deposit box keys and realized one of our safe desposit box keys were missing. I called the bank to find out what would be the cost of the lost key and they told me the price is $35 for a lost key replacement. There was no way I was gonna pay $35 for one key that I will not use anymore. I called Dexter's Locksmith and they told me they can cut a key for me for half the price. Well heck yeah! I took my spare key and went straight to their location. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

The service was great! I called to make an appointment for 8 pm same day. One of my pharmacies door was giving my employees a problem with the keys so that had to be checked out ASAP. Arthur was the tech who came out to check the door lock. He fixed the problem so fast. Days later and I have not heard from my employees which is a great sign! Thumbs up!
