I needed to get extra sets of keys made for my apartment and building. Not only did half the keys I got not work, the total was 90$, and the owner refused to give me a refund claiming I should go else where to get them fixed . AND at to point in time before, during, or after the sale did he say that they dont do refunds. A total rip off.

Call before you go!! They were closed on Tuesday at 10am. When I called the number, a guy told me I could go to another location 7 blocks away and that 'someone should be there in about an hour'. Business like this won't last long in retails. Hope they have enough commercial business.

Helpful staff, got a few keys made...a little pricey but, it is the Upper East Side.

They didn't warn us about the 75$ fee for showing up, then quoted 140$ just to pull a key out of the lock. When we refused the quote and didn't want to pay the 75$ for nothing, they threatened us.
