Very seldom do I give five stars. Four is my high standard. However, thus locksmith was amazing and I highly recommend him and his shop. I will be using him again. His staff if you will was extremely pleasant to deal with. I had called two locksmiths previous to calling Liberty. So it was meant to be. Third one was spot on. Thanks to Liberty locksmith I have peace of mind.

First of all, Rudy is a wonderful no nonsense business owner who runs a tight ship. He is very professional and a true business owner who cares about the work he does.I will give you an example. We hired Rudy to change our door locks and give us new keys to a house that was purchased for our family member. He immediately told us the several different options that are available to us. He guided my wife and I to a financial decision based on our conversation. He arrived early and ready to work the minute he got in the house.He was able to replace the old locks and make adjustments to the doors so his work would be reflected as superior.When you want someone to go above and beyond the price of of the service, call Rudy. You will not be disappointed. 5 star service, very satisfied. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

Too bad I can only give Liberty Locksmith of Orange County 5 stars because their customer service, expertise and professionalism are over the top. To make a very long story shortI could not enter or exit my front door as the lock was jammed. After waiting several months for parts for a multi lock system from a Therma-Tru door distributor to arrive, the parts came in. A new lock box and edge hardware is what the representative determined was needed after an evaluation was made. Rudy came to do the installation. Unfortunately, the parts sent, didnt include the one part that was really needed a new cylinder which Rudy assessed to be the problem. Rather than go through the distributor again, we ordered the cylinder from a website that Rudy recommended. One week later, Rudy came back, installed the cylinder and I am in and out of my front door once again. Many thanks to Rudy and Arlene for being the great people they are. Blessings to both.

Definitely went above and beyond when they came to make the key. My cars hood would not open and the locksmith went under the vehicle to pop it open. Great service

I purchased a used car and it only came with one key. Liberty was able to program a remote less key to open and lock my car. The dealership wanted close to $300 to do this and Liberty did it for $80!!! Key works great and I got a duplicate of the original key for $3; $89 for everything with tax. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Great experience, friendly staff and great neighborhood-- street parking was easy. Recommend to anyone!

Wonderful for chipped car keys!!! I needed an extra key for my 2013 Toyota Corolla, the dealership told me the key would be $180 plus and hour of labor, but didn't share what that would cost. Liberty immediately quoted the total price, which was considerably lower. I made an appointment, they were waiting for me and 20 min later I had a new programed key and fob. Highly recommend.

Half the price of Infiniti dealer. Great customer service. In and out in a few minutes with a very slightly used key fob. Has a special computer to program the sophisticated key fobs of the new cars and knows how to use it well.

I got a set of keys from a new ignition programmed by Liberty Locksmith. Everything went so smoothly and I was out in 15 minutes. Honda dealer wanted to charge me for two hours of labor for the same work. Glad I went to Liberty instead!

This locksmith was recommended to me by another locksmith who doesn't do automotive smart keys. First let me say that the neighborhood is good only one block away from the Karpeles Museum on Broadway; the shop is on the yuppie stretch of Liberty St by Washington's Headquarters. It turns out that I didn't need a smart key for my car and they were able to tell me that by putting it in a electyronic reader. The price was right too ' $ 6 and change for two duplicate keys.
