This is the only place that knows how to duplicate a key properly and the first time. The owner also goes out to my car to check that the key fits and turns properly. He says its because he has the old machine and it's over 100 yrs old. Value doesn't do them right anymore. Yrs ago there was one man who made the keys and he did well. He must've retired or maybe moved away. But just any cashier makes the. And they're never right. It takes skill.

Nice woman and man. Made A few keys for me, quick and polite. I would recommend going here for a variety of lock and key needs. I needed a key made for my motorcycle and he was able to replace the one I had and provide me with a spare. There is also a very cool atmosphere inside with a plethora of keys and various locks on display. I'd say to stop in amd check it out even if you don't need a key made or a lock replaced. Very friendly and courteous staff, as well as knowledgeable.

On a positive note I got a good price as opposed to going to a dealership to get a new Key fob and have it programmed to my car. Be sure if you get a price they tell you the charge price b/c it is different. The elderly man who did the work was very very nice but the owner and his wife are rather outspoken. I am a little hard of hearing and mistook someone's voice to be of a different gender and the owner asked what planet I was living. My key fob works well, but next time I will go elsewhere.
