I recently moved to a new house, but did not get keys to all the doors. For improved security, I wanted to change all the locks and called around. Pat was the most responsible and he came to my place on time. He gave me a good suggestion that I should go to Home Depot and elsewhere and pick out the locks and then call him to replace all the locks and re-key them all to the same key. It took me about a week to find the new locks that I really liked. After buying the locks, I called Pat. He spend a good amount of time to change all the locks (about 10 locks) and make sure that the doors closes very smoothly. He moved the socket of the locks as needed so that the operations are very smooth. I am very happy with the work Pat has done. His price is also very reasonable. Thank you Pat for taking care of the work in my new house!

Horrible Service . False Advertisement. Not 24 hours. Would not recommend. Later I received a nasty reply from Dutchess Locksmith stating that I requested to ' move ahead of the line'.. At no point in the conversation did so state to Bump anyone in line'. Again you advertise 24 hrs and your service IS NOT 24 HOURS. WORST COMPANY EVER..BUYER BEWARE.. I will not accept online bullying because you fail to deliver services that could not be provided..AGAIN TRY REPUTABLE LOCKSMITH SERVICES.. THIS IS JUST NOT ONE
