I had only one experience with Doolie (sorry if misspelling) at KD and it was a special one. I had a broken lock on an older home. Called him and he asked me to send him a video of the issue. Instead of making a house visit that would have cost me $$$, he enthusiastically called me back and walked me through how to fix it myself. He knew it was an easy fix and spent his own time to be forthright and honest. In this age of $150 diagnostic fees this is absolutely amazing behavior! So refreshing! Thank you and when I have a real lock issue I know who to call! Youve earned my business!

Came to a job he was supposed to do and refused to do it because he didnt feel comfortable working with a open box that someone else started but didnt finish. I didnt ask you to clean up that mess just asked u to do the other doors that were not touched. Maybe u should be doing something else, pathetic.

Told me they could help me after I called twice. I told them my situation twice each call and they tell me hours later after waiting for them that they really couldn't help me. It was already too late for me to even go with the other option I had in mind since I waited for them. I wish they would be more sure about their services before jumping into a situation. Saturday evening, 10 degrees out, Locked out of my building. They answered their phone, he got here within an hour, opened the door, and fixed the lock. The locksmith and his office personnel were all very nice. Call them, use them, you won't regret it.
