Thank you thank you thank you THANK YOU. I could not thank this company enough. I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I was having literally the worst day ever and this place saved my whole day. Well, I got out of the hospital after having very high blood pressure and 8 months pregnant, I get to my car and go to start it and BOOM, my key breaks in the ignition. So my friend referred me to Johnny locksmith said he only charged her $100 for the same exact car and key I have and he comes right to you. Wellllll I call him he tells me will be about a 2-3 hour wait and wanted to charge me $175. Desperate to get my key right and working again I said fine I'll pay the $175, he said are you paying cash or credit. I said credit but my card is at the house. Without even asking me if I had anyone to go get my card for me he said he couldn't do it unless I had the money at the location when he got there, and hung up! Wow, so trying to stay calm after what already was a long day I get online on my phone and search locksmiths in my area. Called a few places and they wanted to charge me from $130-$220. Called Mr.Keys spoke with Jessica she said they don't come to you but if I can bring the key in they can do it for me. It was 5:00 and they close at 5:30. Waited for my ride to come bring me showed up close to close time, she remade my key using the same parts for only $25!!!! I could literally hug this woman. $25 are you serious!!!! My key works great and I saved so much money. She didn't try and get more money out of me. She did exactly what I needed. She was sooooooooo nice and caring about my situation and what I went through all day. I swear I can't thank her enough. Seriously thank you a TON!!! Saved me money and made my day better. I will refer everyone to Mr. Keys on Emerson to the left of the gas station. They don't come to you, but it was worth the ride down there. Place is impressively clean and organized. Was in and out about 10 minutes. 10 STARSSSS!!!!!!!! I'll be back if I have anymore keys or fob issues.

Got 2 laser keys cut and 2 fobs programmed. Awesome job, great price and it was quick. The people there are very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend it.

I wish that you were more able to take on needed key work. I had to wait and I believe that the car could have been done faster then you were able to get to it. I not a lock smith but 1 1/2 hours to re key lock part and install it . So if I was able to do this I know that you could of had it done I a 1 half hour. I believe in this company you have always done gray work but you were not able to get the job done. I believe you should have a on call person. But thanks for getting back I would say in the day of of how people are handling the car owners you do a good job do thanks . I believe that at the end of the day I would send everyone to you . I'm sorry that this one job did not work out

Wow! Great service. A key broke in the drivers door lock of my boyfriends car, and the shop where he was having other repairs done couldnt extricate it. I took it here thinking we would have to have the lock removed and replaced. Not at all! We called ahead, and they told us to drop by when it was convenient the next day. In less than 15 minutes they had the piece out, and made a new key. Charged us less than $20 including tax! Folks were very friendly and professional. Also had a ton of key ring bling for sale, if your into that king of stuff. Had a jewel mermaid keyring and a bunch of other interesting and unique ones. Definitely make it easy to find your keys in a large bag. Had a floating case for keys, too, which i might go get for kayaking. It was my first time there, but this will be my go to place from now on.

Fantastic! I cant say enough about the people at Mr. Keys Locksmith. I went to a local dealership to have my proximity fob programmed and after forty five minutes, they told me it couldnt be programmed. I then went to Mr. Keys and within a minute or two they had it programmed and ready to go. Id give them ten stars if I could. Im knocked out by their knowledge and device! Thanks so very much!

Sent there from Boley as they deal in automotive locks and keys. I was impressed by their stock and knowledge. I didn't get what I needed, but did get the reason why. Very clean, plenty of parking. A little hard to notice from the street, showroom is small and they have a bay to bring vehicles in. I think anyone would be happy if they needed a security key made for their ride.

Everyone that I interacted with on their staff was extremely helpful and when things didn't go perfect the first time (my own fault) they followed up with me and made sure that I was taken care of. I highly recommend Mr. Key's. They programed and cut 2 high security key fobs for me for half the price the dealer would charge to do 1. They keys and fob work perfectly. Friendly staff and welcoming store. Hard to find a locksmith who is fair, honest, and very knowledgeable. We are lucky they are in Rochester.

I called this company this morning hoping that they can help me with my situation. I called before business hours so I had to leave a message they called me back promptly after they opened. My situation was that a mechanic broke a key off in the Ignition of a classic car I have and then they tried to drill it out smh. I had bought the Ignition cylinder already but felt I'd leave it to people who do this every day. They not only did the service same day but they gave me a great price and diddnt ding me for buying my own part. The lady on the phone that called me back was awsome (wish I could find help in the office like her) and the technician that did the job was great as well. I highly recommend this company. Thank you guys I'll definitely recommend and use you in the future!

Tried to find a key fob for my 2007 KIA Optima, dealer wanted like $300!! I tried ebay and had to return numerous fobs cause no one could program it. Went to Mr. Keys and they ordered me the proper fob and programmed it for like $69. Works awesome! Highly Recommend, even for chip keys, fobs, electric start, etc.

Was doubtful cause I have never needed a new chipped key before. And prices were to good to be true. Thought it was a trick. But I ordered two for 12 dollars on line. Took it to them and they quickly cut and programed it for me with in minutes and it only cost me 50 dollars. They we're amazing and nice! Dealer wanted almost 400 dollars. Witch I do not have. Mr Keys really saved me! I'm telling every one I know about them!

Mr. Key's Locksmith was recommended to me by another after-market business and I am glad that they did. After having another key made for my vehicle at the dealer, I went to Mr. Key's to have the door locks replaced. While I was there they informed me that the dealer had NOT cleared the key, that was stolen, from my vehicle's program. In essence; the thief still had access to my vehicle. Mr. Key's made sure that my vehicle only recognized the keys that I, and I alone, had. They took full care of my situation where as the dealer had left me vunerable to another complete theft of my vehicle.If you have an issue with security and keys, don't waste your time and money elsewhere...go straight to MR. KEY'S LOCKSMITH on Emerson Street and get it done right the first time.

I can't talk these guys up enough. I lost my keys last week, which is already in and of itself a headache. But I bought my car in Rhode Island, and the dealer said I needed to tow my car there to have to the keys programmed. Thanks, but I'll pass. I found Mr Keys by a Google search and they came to my car and helped me. They were fast, kind, and their prices were awesome (especially for driving to me). If you ever need replacement car keys, these guys are your best bet.

They fixed one remote entry/start fob, reprogrammed another and cut a new key for my car in just a few minutes. They were very polite, very fast, knew what they were doing...and LOW COST. Don't go to a dealer....go here!!! I highly recommend them.

I needed a replacement fob for my highlander. I had delayed it because the dealership told me it would be over 500$. I was in and out within 20 minutes with an oem fob for under 200. It was about the price of buying just the fob online. If I knew it would be that reasonable I would have replaced the lost key earlier.

WOW! What awesome service and what awesome owners. I have a 2009 SMART FORTWO. These have very strange keys and even stranger fob-programming systems. Mr. Keys was able to cut and PROGRAM my key! This saved me BUCKETS (and I mean BUCKETS) of money over having the dealer order a cut key (from France), then bring the car to the dealer (Buffalo) to have them program the car. Thanks guys.
