Im an out of town Landlord and my tenant called frantically that someone must have gotten a copy of his key because there was an attempted home invasion. I found this locksmith online and reached one of the owners, Guy. Guy took my information and arrived just when we asked. He was friendly, professional, and reassuring to my tenant and to me over the phone. He gave us options in addition to replacing the cylinders... my tenant and i decided on a comprehensive change, which included 3 + 1 additional locks at the apt. Its an older house and Guy performed some clean carpentry to anchor each lock deep into the frame studs. My tenant was relieved and I was able to pay with my cc over the phone. It was an excellent value and Guy gave my tenants peace of mind which is priceless.

It is rare that I review any business but this company deserves it. My son lost his only key while at Wegmans, when it did not turn up by the next day we were forced to locate a locksmith. Called three and this company had the best price so we agreed I would call when I arrived at the vehicle later that afternoon. I arrived a little later than expected and tech was now busy so the owner came out at 6:30pm on a Saturday to help us. On top of all this he was efficient and a pleasure to speak with.
