I broke down on the side of the road and called Ricci and Son's. I never dealt with a tow company before and heard horror stories from people I knew who had needed to get a tow. I was VERY pleasantly surprised that this tow company was so easy to work with. They told me that someone would be there in 25 minutes, and they were there right on time! The man who came was very friendly and the whole process was quick, easy, and professional. He was also wearing a mask (COVID-19) during our interactions, so another plus for professionalism! I was also shocked at how affordable the cost was--only $85 (plus tax) to get my car towed from Victor to East Rochester. Overall, I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend them!

Great, prompt service. Called Riccis late for a tow after getting my vehicle stuck in mud. They were quick to arrive (~10 mins) and were very helpful. I appreciated the experience that the driver brought, and he got the truck out in no time. I live in the area and I know that if I ever need assistance again I will be calling Ricci and Sons Towing.

Ricci's towed my car after an accident last week. The Sheriff called for the tow so I didn't really have a choice who was used. Upon arrival, the gentleman asked for my car key which he immediately put into his mouth while he used his hands to grab various items such as his pants, a pen, etc. You can imagine my initial horror; that my car key is now inside the mouth of a man I don't know, but especially because I'm 8 months pregnant and hygiene affects both my health and my babies health. After I pushed aside my initial disgust, I then thought to myself, 'That key is totally going to get lost'. No tag was placed on the key, no receipt was given to me identifying my car key.... I was given a business card and watched him throw my key inside my vehicle from the driver side door. Fast Forward to several days later when my car needs to go to a collision shop, where my key INDEED WAS LOST. The third party company that came to retrieve my vehicle from Ricci's was only given a receipt and no key... when they showed up later that day to inquire where my key was, so that ultimately my car could be opened, the owner's son confessed he didn't know where the key was and they would 'need to look for it'. Because my key was never tagged or identified internally, and because the employees/ownership have a serious lack of judgment and care for quality service, I had to make separate trips to give my spare key. I also had to arrange to get a new key made and paid for, for which Ricci's never offered to compensate me for. All while 8 months pregnant. The local Sheriffs office has a contract with them, and when I complained to them directly about my experience they acknowledged the consistent poor service and stated they didn't have a choice in the matter. FOOD FOR THOUGHT.

AAA sent one of Ricci's trucks over to help with my flat tire and it was the best roadside help experience of my life. Service was quick, the technician was helpful and friendly, I can't say enough good things about the call. The best and only towing and roadside assistance shop in Rochester to go to is Riccis.

if I could give zero stars I would. terrible and rude service. when I had gotten into an accident I had no choice but to have riccis pick up my car because of the sheriff's . not only did the driver show up being out right rude but they yowed my car on a Friday night after the office had closed. they charged me for the tow they charged me for Friday storage Saturday storage Sunday storage and Monday storage even though I picked it up on Monday and it you there late Friday night. and they wouldn't allow me to pick it up till Monday . they're crooks don't use stay away from them

Fast, knowledgeable service - called, they said they'd be there in 20 and they were. I was moving my car from one autoshop to another and they were familiar with the locations of both.Reasonable rate - around $8-9 a mile, definitely better than driving a car with no brakes down 490

Si I was n an accident, thank God no injuries...so the police called ricci's towing...David the tow guy arrived w/attitude, dismissive & told me that he doesn't have time for this..?? Keot making slick comments... outright Rude. Proceeded to drop me off w/ my car & left me there alone...at His job. 11pm at that.... David also Refused to tell me his name!! Hmmmm, I wonder why?! Poor Service. Unprofessional! And Yes I will spread the word. Word of mouth IS the BEST advertisement.

I made an appointment for 6pm and didn't get a phone call until 640. They said they were running late but they were on their way. I wasn't bothered by this but when it was 740 and they still weren't there and hadn't called, I called them. At this point they treated me like crap and I said to forget it. Also having gotten a tow elsewhere I can say that Ricci is almost double in price. CAUTION DO NOT USE RICCIS.
