Horrible, overpriced and late! I called the dispatch center for an emergency locksmith. I was locked out of my basement. They stated that it would be 30.00 for the person coming out (whether I had work done or not) I said fine. He also stated since I leave in the area, I will receive a 10% discount. Therefore they dispatch someone, however I asked for a name, he couldnt provide it for me. All they stated was that they have my name and my number and the person will contact me. The person did contact me about 15 minutes later stating that he would arrive at 1:30 PM, this was approximately 1:00 PM. 1:30 PM came and I called the gentlemen, he stated that he is 10 minutes away (meaning he will arrive around 1:40). The gentlemen didnt arrive until 1:55 PM. Before starting the work, he quoted me a total of $150.90. I asked him this includes the 10% discount, he stated yes and this also includes taxes and the 30.00. And there goes 150.90 in less than 5 minutes. They didnt even have to change the locks or anything. They just opened the door for me. This was an emergency and needed t o get into my basement. If I was able to give a 0 star I would. It wasnt sitting well with me, so Ive decided to call the place and ask for the reason why I was charged so much. I was out on hold by 2 different females and 1 male over the course of about 10 phone calls and stated that I didnt want to be put on hold. When they want you business they are quick and fast however, when everything is was finished, they didnt care and kept putting me on hold.

I wouldve gave 0 stars if I could but they did open my lock but in a manner where it was broken and tore my door in the process. No professional tools. Only has a hammer

This place is good I guess if youre locked out of your vehicle. for me that wasnt the case, I had broken my key and just needed a replacement. Also this is a dispatch service so there is no physical location as I thought and what they told me, anyways I called and ask if they were able to get me a new key they overcharged me so I declined the service and was shopping around. Upon ending my first convo another person calls and Im assuming its the person that was dispatched to me although I did not ask for a dispatch, he was rude and told me I didnt know much because they were going to charge me over $100 just to remake a car key, that has no transponder, so its fairly cheap yet they wanted to overcharge. I get it youre a dispatch service thats not what I needed.

They worked with me on a reasonable cost for all the locks that I wanted changed and installed. Specialized and considerate. They also have more than one locksmith so their reaction time is even better than others. Work was completed well and systematically.

We needed assistance rapidly. He was there in 20 minutes. Lock was extremely easy to unlock and locksmith was nice sufficient to leave behind a tool that would (expectantly) mean we could do it ourselves if we found ourselves in same problem.
